Evri lost my parcel I did contact beauty bay but they saying evri reject my claim I did contact evri they apologised for not delivering parcel and saying to contact beauty bay for refund I try contact beauty bay and send them evri emails no repay from beauty bay Now I have the all proofs from evri that my parcel was not delivered They still don t care and ignore my emails

"Usually ok not when things go wrong it seems "
Usually have a seamless experience shopping with BB but my last purchase was awful There was a promo on the 15th march which I used that bought my total down I used Clear Pay who took payment and started a payment plan however the order never went through on Beauty Bay s end I had to fight clear pay and show proof of this to get a refund then a couple of days later BB emailed to say it was a glitch on their end and I would get 500 tribe points which is nothing most useless reward system and a price match to compensate once the order was placed again I placed the order again asked for the price match which is almost a difference of 10 and was told to wait 24 hours after dispatch The order came to the next day so I emailed again and the customer service reps have disappeared It s now 21st March Stopped responding How awful can and rude can you get Will be returning my order due to this but feel cautious as they are generally ok And don t bother with their chat bot on messenger it ll drive you more crazy

THEY LIED AGAIN - RESOLVED NOTHING MY PARCEL IS NOW MISSING AND ALL THEY WILL DO IS OFFER A REFUND WHEN I REQUESTED THE RESEND IT WITH A RELIABLE COURIER That untrue response is a true reflection of their lies Absolutely disgusted with this company and their lack of help and customer service They have pied me off now since my order on the 5th march Same response every time They use Evri - says it all and once again Evri have admitted to misplacing my parcel but still BB will not replace nor help me I now want full refund Any reputable company would NOT be using the thieves that are Evri and would do their best to get the products I ve spent my good money on out to me asap as an apology Disgusting treatment from both Will never use again Still in shock at how bad the whole experience has been AVOID

Fast way and beauty bae both emails saying that my parcels have been sent to a safe place front door and no such thing Iv been at home all day As i read beneath it seems to be a frequant problem Cant seem to email fast way And beauty bay more than likely wont dont anything about this

Packaging received smashed and opened 60 order including a highlighter that evidently has either fallen out or someone s took it Really poor don t bother if it s delivered via Evri

I ve ordered a big package and one of the product was leaked and there was a small amount of it left It costed me 28 pounds not cheap as you can see I ve turned to Beauty Bay customer service and all they ve offered me is 40 refund for it Or that I d return it for my own money How does it even look logical Literally dissapointed and I d never ever order there again and would not recommend to any of my friends
