Got my parcel but never got an email saying it was out for delivery and also one of the cream were damaged so had to bin it as it was everywere its for a present and now a don t have anything to give my friend not also was left at my door in the rain

I placed an order and paid via PayPal which defaulted to my old home address even though I put correct address on Beauty bay site I noticed this soon as order was placed and contacted customer service within 10 mins they still would not correct the address or cancel my order which I think is pretty poor

"Great products but bad customer service "
The products are great but the perk system is problematic and the customer service borders rude I had gained over 1000 points and opted for a 10 voucher I read this should be applied at checkout I had full price items The functionality to apply the discount code wasn t there I went through the process thinking it would appear at the last point but it didn t I contacted customer service to explain and they were very direct and said I should have contacted them before I made the purchase Having never used a perk before I didn t know there would be an issue until it was too late I replied to explain this and they replied to say that I should have used the website and not the app as they were experiencing difficulties with it If I had contacted them before purchasing then would have told me that Given that I m frequently directed to the app by the website then I don t know why this would be an obvious course of action I like the products but I am quite appalled at the poor customer service It may well be that nothing can be done but they most definitely should be more polite I m really disappointed with them and frankly it s put me off ordering with them again although I still have the voucher to redeem at some point should there system ever actually allow me to use it

"Customer service are you okay "
I like the products website ordering options etc I have a problem with the fact that I never received an email clearly stating that the order was ready for collection I ve tried to reiterate this to customer services and they just keep saying that I can track the order So you want me to track the order every day rather than just making sure that I receive an email saying the parcel is ready for collection I ve used this service with other companies and I ve always received emails from the courier saying who the parcel is from and when it s available for collection at the parcelshop If it s a courier problem fine say that But don t keep responding with the same information over and over again because you don t want to address the problem

"Delivery was ok came when expected although I did not receive all my products"
Overall awful was awaiting for my first products to come witch did not arrive as it got lost And the due to this I ordered again as things happen And it can t be helped Then I was told I d get the items at the same price but I didn t then today when my new order arrived an item was missing Although customer service has been good it s just not acceptable

Great ordering experience however delivery was horrendous Zero notifications no delivery slot and my parcel dumped in the bin with no one even knocking on the door On top of it all it was pouring with rain and meant some damage to the parcel Very disappointing
