"Non existent customer service money stealers"
Really used to love beauty bay however they have awful customer service My parcel never arrived likely a mistake from evri delivering to the wrong house and could not get it back I reported it missing to EVRI and beauty bay the day it was delivered as well as Klarna I get told the next day by both parties that they will investigate why I haven t received it Fair enough The day after I m told by EVRI that my parcel is lost and it s basically my problem to fix now I ve tried to contact beauty bay and get no response other than the automated one followed by nothing It s been 5 days I ve not received a response my items or money back This is totally unfair I needed what I ordered and have no money to make another purchase Really gutted as I don t trust evri nor beauty bay anymore Bottom line is if you trust your local Evri driver you may be ok Just having moved to London I hadn t used evri here and didn t expect this to happen But definitely didn t expect to be ghosted by beauty bay

"No parcel Poor customer service "
Contacted customer service as my order was late They said they would contact the courier service I had to raise another request with customer service as I did not have a response I was told my parcel was lost and I would receive a refund As I still wanted the products I asked if they were going to be doing any gesture of good will due to waiting almost 2 weeks for nothing My response from customer service ignored my request and just informed me I could re purchase my order Will not be using again

customer service is horrible i never received my product and it wouldnt let me review it or cancel the order even though it said it never left their warehouse it also refuses to give me a refund its been over 3 years since i ordered it and it still says these things my card details and address have changed since so theres no point in me even trying anymore just leaving this here so people know its a scam

I m so devastated and angry on beauty bay customer service the curry lost my parcel and the customer service rejected the claim so I left without money and the product I did ask for customer care phone number and no answers to this It s really ridiculous I lost 100 can someone help who had the same experience with beauty bay

Package of lip balms got damaged in transit too badly to be delivered so now I have to contact the company I hope it is an easy process They should be contacting me to arrange a new delivery

Terrible service I ordered some products and two weeks later no tracking update I spent about 20 minutes trying to get passed a robot chat and theb left an email They said it my order was stolen And they forgot to tell me I was so shocked and disappointed Then they offered me some tribe points which was useless because I have zero intention of ordering from there again Super disappointing
