I ve ordered four times three being very expensive barber machines This is my second review because Alex went over and beyond to help me with an issue that was very costly and not something he had to be involved in I ve contact the manufacturer multiple times and got nowhere Alex stepped in and ensured I was handled accordingly I ve been the customer service supervisor for 15 years for a very large company but I must say his professionalism is something we can all learn from Thank you Alex with my deepest gratitude I have and always will recommend this company who wouldn t They stand behind their product

I had my first experience with this company on Sat May 25th when I put in my first order A day or so later I put in my second order They were great in putting the two orders together so that I could get everything on Wed May 29th 3 business days The prices were great and comparable to other places that sold similar same items They also have a good minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping So far so good I haven t used my new products yet 4 but they were delivered in good condition I also like the fact that you can get points for each purchase you make

If all companies could have such an amazing customer service it would be heaven I tried to reach the company after placing an order because I was having second thoughts about my choice I had to leave a message because their offices had closed for the day 10 minutes later they called me back and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to help chose the right product for my needs Then readjusted my order to ensure I benefitted from the best savings and received my order within 2 days Wow It doesn t get any better than that Highly recommend
