Awful just bad

A very bad experience with the company I would never buy a floor from them again We bought in 2019 September a visgraat vloer white-wash which was not properly impregnated on the surface in the factory We reclaimed about it already after 1 month as the floor absorbed all water and dirt leaving a lot of ugly stains on the floor 1 5 years later they apologized and agreed it was a production mistake and promised to fix it After around 30 calls WhatsApp messages and emails with Marieke Martthijs Renske you name it- finally we got agreed that someone comes to sand and oil the floor again and make it exactly the same whitewash color as it was In the meanwhile there were a lot of promises but very little confidence in the whole process We were even lied at the end by promising a white wash floor done by another company who could do a proper white wash which did not happen This weekend the floor was sanded and oiled again finally but the color is 2-3 shades darker than the one we bought And this even after we told them several times we want exactly the same white wash we spend 6000 This is the biggest interior investment I have made in my life and I have hated the floor every days since we bought it if you want to make sure everything goes well even if there is a mistake etc please do not buy from this company
