We are very happy that we choose a kitchen from keukenconcurrent We bought the kitchen last year and we already have it for nearly 1 year Buying a kitchen in Holland is a real adventure We have visited many shops in about 3 months In the end we bought our kitchen from Keukenconcurrent As always it depends on the advisor that you get Our first contact was with a less experienced advisor and we basically run away Luckily afterward we got to a very experienced and understanding person Jellie which was of great help She listened to our needs made very good suggestions and kept her promises including the lowest price guarantee We bought a relatively big kitchen 2 5m 4m 3m containing a peninsula bar element hanging elements American fridge etc It is absolutely not the case that keukenconcurrent is just for low budget simple kitchens as we were led by others to believe so Tips tricksWe could list many tips tricks when buying a kitchen The most important that was relevant to us Tulp keuken although they have a wonderful product we got very disappointed with the seller They just want to sell does not matter what and how And read the SMALL letters don t just trust them They lied to us made us blind with the 25 years guarantee which turns out to be 5 years if you buy a folie based front Of course we found out a few h before we literally almost signed Very unprofessional There is a very nice insipratiehuis 2020 we were told by Jellie just google for it we can not place links in the review where you can understand details about all kitchen appliances We highly recommend this to anybody who is interested in a more serious kitchen We choose for Neff especially due to Hide Slide door feature We are extremely happy with the ovens induction and everything except the buttonless touch panel We would never ever buy such a thing again Actually we did call Neff and ask them to change the panels on our ost but they claim is technically not possible Disappointing It looks nice modern etc but not functional in case you are really using the ovens like we do on nearly daily bases If fingers are a bit wet or a little dirty you will spend lots of time making a simple setting like for e g 2 5 mins microwave The induction has this magic detachable button to control the unit but we find it very difficult Often the water ends up on the induction because it takes too much time to control the unit None of this you can test in advance so it was a big surprise for us And not a pleasant one Think properly about outlets and be home when they install the kitchen In our case on the last moment we have decided to put an outlet at the end of the peninsula and the monteur was very nice and patient until I pulled the cable on the day of mounting I can definitely recommend them but again make sure you change the advisor if you do not like or have the feeling they are inexperienced

Better is impossible

I ve been very satisfied with the service provided to me by Youssef My kitchen changed a couple of times and required to remeasure and Youssef always handled everything with patience and a good attitude In the end the final design is perfect for the space and I m looking forward to delivery dateThank you Youssef for making this a joyful process
