Scammers Very aggressive sales terrible product and customer support

Having built a successful business over the last 7 years with limited knowledge of making maintaining utilising a digital platform we have generated about 60 5 star reviews from our clients across multiple online platforms So I hoped our professional relationship with Be Creative Design would be a long healthy one But having been cold called now on multiple occasions to purchase domain names with various spurious angle s of enhancing protecting our companies digital profile I thought better of it decided to do a review of our entire digital platform It s been very Interesting journey We were cold called in May 2021 September 2022 February 2023 Sales tactic s with sales pitch s that included a number of domain names had been released which would create a huge increase in traffic to our website if we were to purchase them A more fraudulent method telling me theres been a request for a domain name by a rival company in our area seeking to purchase a similar domain name to our business in a bid to divert traffic away from our website to theirs in order to protect our digital platform you would be happy to sell us these domain names at what I have now learned are inflated prices over their real value Having read other reviews across a number of different platforms since my sales call from them on 23 02 2023 it is clear this is malpractice Be Creative Design have polished over a number of years They claim to enhance support businesses by helping them with their digital platform My experience is that they create an illicitly fictitious situation prey on an individuals lack of knowledge to con them into purchasing utterly useless unneeded domain names at hugely inflated prices using spurious illicit sales tactic s They even charged us 200 VAT for a SSL certificate renewal - which our new on line presence manager states is free Thankfully we now have evidence of this behaviour have been able to prevent further loss to our business Additionally I met with a local web designer this afternoon who will be creating a new website for us over the coming weeks managing our digital profile going forward which Ironically would have been something I would have asked Be Creative Design to do had they not called me on Thursday 23 02 2023 Needless to say our relationship with Be Creative Design is over I would urge anyone considering their services to read the reviews across multiple platforms consider a good local accountable company to manage their online presence

Avoid avoid avoid total absolute rip off digital company sold domain names at total rip of prices then charged thousands of pounds to design a web site that did not rank in at 50 on google listings promise to be on page 1 on google when I was already listed Charge me over 300 pounds a month to seo for ranking position and direct traffic to website when the website was not compatible with google algorithm they are absolute trash of a company when you call them it s a wild goose chase pass you from people to people in their offices it s only when we ask for analytics of the website as to how it was performing for the amount of money I spent when them eventually a owner called Andreas spoke to me again defending his colleagues who design the website called Faye could not send my monthly analytics when asked simply fob me off by saying that s the package I bought no transparency in what they are doing for the amounts of money they are charging you As for the domain names are non existing and did nothing to promote them on google Digital companies like these need to be monitored by a ombudsman Save your hard earn money and totally avoid avoid avoid

Shocking company they take your money say there advertising your company but no sales but say there s 400 clicks on the site but not one call Stay away from this company at all costs

Absolutely shocking company to deal with They will cold call you and convince you to buy domains by very clever sales tactics I asked my website hosted to review the deal I had with these people and he said that I had been ripped of at the cost I was paying for the service provided When I asked for a refund they told me I wasn t allowed one May still go to trading standards as the request was made the same day Avoid at all costs

Furious Bad company to deal with stole our money over two years and we had nothing but arrangements and lies calls are recorded but you try and get to listen to these Wouldn t recommend to anyone

Cold called from this company whilst wotking i was told to buy domain names as they will never be available again Matching my work business and a one off payment no more fees for life like a fool I bought 4 costing a lot of money I could have got these for next to nothing if I just checked a year later a letter arrives asking for over a few hundred quid for the next year s fees No mention of fees when purchased I was told this fee is for life shocking Damn right rip off merchants I have refused to pay the fees so I have now lost the lot

They are not responding to emails to get our websites transferred to a different hosting company They have also dragged their feet when asked to transfer domain names we own I am getting very frustrated with them and although they appeared to be good when we first used them I wouldn t trust them at all now Our next step is to complain to ENOM ICANN and trading standards Avoid them like the plague

Scammers PLEASE AVOID Typical dodgy sales tactics Rude people on phone to go with it EDIT I have just seen the laughable response from the company in question It s very easy to see why I left my original review RE-EDIT I m not on your database because I didn t use your foul services My review is based on your cold calling shady tactics which I have experienced otherwise I wouldn t be bothering to leave these reviews You think TrustPilot is a scam Pot kettle black Yet again Good luck with your mad scam business you sad little person Guessing you d claim all your other bad reviews are fake too

will not provide any evidence to prove there work No analytics set up on websites and all google ad campaigns are run though one account so they cannot provide reports to show the campaign performance they re always out of the office on spending the money they short change you on your ads this is why they dont provide the google reports just all round misleading bad company
