The Bed Factory Direct Stoke didn t just provide me with the exact bed I was looking for as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with the most polite professional and friendly sales team you could possibly wish for I didn t just come away happy with my purchase I left happier knowing I actually bought the bed from someone that I wanted to buy it from the staff are above and beyond just a sales team 10 10 Sales assistant Mush was an absolute pleasure to deal with

after visiting the Chester store after suffering weeks of sleepless nights Upon entering the store was greeted by Chelsea who helped me draw up a shortlist of suitable mattresses As I needed my wife to also to try out the mattress I happened to find my wife in Chester on the same mission as I so returned to the Bed Factory Direct without tell ing my wife which I thought suitable Chelsea went through the entire store with my wife and we both chose a Sleepeeze gel mattress It was delivered within the timeframe advised at the point of purchase Was pleased with the help given by Chelsea and the other staff in the store now I get a good night s sleep again

Staff here are polite and knowledgeable

Hannah the sales rep was polite and helpful but not pushy very patient as we tried loads of mattresses but nothing phased her Delivery of mattress was bang on time by two polite guys who couldn t be more helpful Would recommend to all who needs a bed or mattress well done bed factory 10 out of 10

Great choice and competitive pricing

I spent ages trying to find the right divan bases as I was after the slightly higher base which many companies don t offer Bed Factory Direct stocks them and I was able to order swatches which arrived promptly and enabled my children to select the fabric they wanted The ordering process was simple and the delivery date was booked and they arrived yesterday as planned A very pleasant couple of chaps delivered the beds with their matching headboards and I am really pleased with the build quality and they were packaged well and protected All in all a great company and most importantly very reasonable prices

I was greeted by Debbie Chester store who happily guided me to the mattresses in my price range She offered useful advice when needed and helped me find an excellent mattress with a very quick delivery 2 working days The mattress was delivered promptly and is very comfortable and great value for money

Relaxed and enjoyable experience

We were greeted by Debbie as we came in asked what we were looking for directed and guided to the relevant area of the showroom and left to look after being provided with a pillow to enable us to experience the mattresses properly Divans were looked at measured and options given and headboards provided a little challenge which was resced by using the interactive screen We were allowed to make our decisions without any pressure or pushyness but felt supported by the team whilst we were in the showroom Debbie Kirsty and Richard all helped with providing information and answers to our questions and the superb cup of tea provided by Kirsty was the icing on the cake We will return for future bed shopping needs definitely This team is a credit to the company

Excellent Service

Excellent service from Toni in the Warrington Store She was very professional informative patient and helpful to me Toni didn t try and sell me the more expensive bed but the one that suited me best I didn t buy on that day I visited other bed stores after and none were as helpful to me as Toni I went back a few days later to order my bed and the two girls working that day were also very nice I m still awaiting delivery but wouldn t hesitate to recommend the Bed Factory Thank you
