Really solid constructed bed

Buying beds online is a nightmare first bed purchased was of cheap quality second on amazon returned This purchase is good and solid well constructed and more than happy Fabric thick material and faultless in construction Communication was pleasant and samples sent without hesitation I put a delay on delivery due to work commitments and they held back on delivery until suitable Delivery was good I live in an old cottage where getting a bed in is so difficult and the gaps are so tight They failed to get the bed to the room of choice but to be fair they tried and gave it their best was happy with that We did get the bed in ourselves but it took quite a while and don t expect anyone to have that much time We are really happy with the bed and would not hesitate in giving anyone reading this review that the product we recieved was of 5 star quality

I have bought a number of beds from BBD they always arrive on time You can actually speak to a human being when you phone and if you leave a message they will get back to you great quality and an unbeatable price for it

The website was very easy to choose the bed we needed I found the sales page and luckily for me the right size the right number of drawers and a great colour option was available at a reduced price so I purchased that online easily The delivery took about 10 working days and the bed bases were delivered by two delivery men who were able to carry the bases up the narrow stairway The bases were well wrapped in thick plastic and the corners were all protected with covers We didn t get the bases installed for us as we needed to construct a headboard first but it was easy to push the feet into place on the bottom of the bases and set it up ourselves Perfectly constructed solid bed bases in pristine condition the fabric used is very nice the colour was fantastic and the four drawers are very roomy Very happy

When ordering there was lots of choices and options Communication was excellent Also good communication from delivery team On delivery I was impressed by the two man team who were very pleasant and helpful The blanket box is brilliant Very high quality workmanship and looks terrific with my decor Absolutely delighted

Really good company I ordered a new mattress -sophia penelope brier latex medium double My old mattress was an expensive one but after 3 years it became really uncomfortable for me so I started to surf the Internet for a new one I read reviews and looked at many mattresses I finally chose one and so glad I picked this company After months of backache and uncomfortable sleep I m finally having a good night s sleep and no pain The mattress is supporting my body properly I love it I paid a lot less for this new mattress than the very dear one I bought 3 years ago I had to call them about delivery date and they were very helpful with this Really pleased with the new mattress Thank you

Happily resolved complaint

After a terrible experience as per my last review I am very happy to say matter was resolved and a very good resolution for which I am very greatful I can say when things don t work out its a terrible journey for a customer but when issue is recognised and understood it does help issue to be put aside happily Thank you British Beds Direct
