Live chat customer service is a joke I found the water consumption shown on the user manual and the advertisement is NOT match Tried to ask through live chat to know what happened the representative keep messing me around and not answer the question Then go silent until I give up asking Terrible experience

The product is great but I did appreciate an unsolicited call trying to upsell a warranty particularly when the caller wouldn t say why they were calling until after going through the GDPR security checks Entirely unnecessary he could simply have said I d like to talk to you about extending your warranty to which I could have replied I m not interested instead of wasting both his and my time

there are several problems when using

there are several problems when using the machine when timing a wash of 2 hours the m c takes about 2 5hrs to run it s cycle When using a 1 hour quick wash when the cycle finishes the clothes are still very wet even when I use the 1400 spin the clothes are still as wet I am very disappointed with this machine

Honestly We re really disappointed The bottom tray cannot take dinner plates without it impeding the rotary arm It is not deep enough We have NO option but to hand-wash I would never have bought this dishwasher or paid out all that money had I known this I would NOT recommend it to anyone

Dishwasher broke after 18 months Was supposed to have a 2 year guarantee but Beko denied saying that it was only 1 year Fixed the dishwasher myself

Having been sent an engineer because l

Having been sent an engineer because l had a problem with ignition on two of the burners he put some sort of packing in behind the knobs on the 27th of Dec now on the 2 1 24 the issue seems to be reapping not happy with this appliance at all am considering contacting AO and asking for a refund as l have arthritis in my wrist its making it very difficult to put the pressure on the two knobs when all the others are working well had to use this hob over Christmas and was extremely difficult as l had 14 guests to dinner it was very stressful to only gave 3 working burners lm not happy at all

There was no freezer door inside the new freezer We had to phone about this and are still waiting for it to come If we can t fit it ourselves then we will have to wait again for a Beko engineer This at a time of year I most need the freezer to be working properly

I don t really like it at all I think

I don t really like it at all I think it looks cheap looking and I ve only used it a few times on a fast wash but it doesn t seem to rinse properly and leaves water in the rubber rim round it

Oven door exploded

After Beko supplied a replacement cooker for a failed one with new cooker and 12 month warranty it failed again The oven door exploded onto me while opening to remove Sunday roast I called and after being pushed for pillar to post They booked it in for repair I supplied photos serial numbers and model to be told 8days to repair and door would be on van to replace However today 18th of December having gone without oven for 8 days they came out no replacement door to be told order today will get call sometime in week to install sat or Christmas Eve So now fingers crossed I get Christmas dinner It s a wait and hope thing Not amused

Beko wtl 72051w wont heat up water on cottens 60c and 40-60 echo mode stone cold water for 2hr cycle after 3 engineer call outs under warranty could not fix problem seems a problem with circuit board in production line on this model beko came up with excuse its not supposed to heat water washes in cold water dont buy from beko useless
