Very disappointed
This is the scenario When I purchased a brand new apartment in May 2024 there was a BEKO washer dryer provided as part of my purchase Last week just short of my 8th month here I found it had leaked onto the floor I telephoned BEKO or should I say I hung on the line for one hour without a reply and eventually pressed 1 for someone to ring me back 20 minutes later someone eventually did I was given an appointment for tomorrow Earlier this afternoon I received a text saying the engineer will not be coming tomorrow due to illness I have since rung the company to ask for someone to come urgently but they cannot provide anyone As they had informed me that if I cancelled the appointment or there was nothing wrong with the machine I would be charged 145 I said I would expect the same amount as they had cancelled on me and it was appalling that a company of their size had only one engineer who could deal with the repair They are supposed to be ringing me tomorrow to let me know what is happening but I won t be holding my breath I would mention on the plus side that in the past I have had a BEKO dishwasher and condensing tumble dryer both of which were excellent They need to pay more attention to their customer service 12 days on from machine breakdown and 3 further phone calls I am still waiting for an engineer to come and repair it On Thursday I was told to give them 3 days when I would be available so I said Friday today Monday and tomorrow and they would arrange an appointment Absolutely nothing I am fuming

I have a 6 month old dishwasher that s making a loud buzzing sound before programme starts All I wanted to do is speak to someone at Beko well that appears to be a impossible task Apart from putting you on hold the second the phones answered that s where you will stay after 36 mins of will be with shortly my hands free phone battery run out So what to do should I buy a new direct connection phone to test their be with you soon or try a third attempt once battery has recharged I m beginning to think the call centre is unmanned and auto response machines will keep you on hold forever humans will give up first

No Dishwasher since 20th December
Our 4 month old dishwasher went wrong on 20th December contacted John Lewis then Beko on 21st engineer came on 27th but did not have the right part and as of 8th January still waiting for an engineer and part Will never buy Beko again awful service

Unreachable Not helpful
Unreachable via phone unreachable via live chat unreachable via email Cleary making the customer support experience as unfriendly as possible If I could give 0 out f 5 for their customer support I would If you can avoid buying Beko Product I bought a washing machine and after only 2 years it started leaking I use it max once a week and after less than only 2 years it breaks

Trying to get through to customer service to report a fault is just awful On hold for an hour yesterday and gave up and looks like it will be the same again today Nothing tells you what number you are in the queue either

Beko B3T4924DW 9kg heat pump tumble dryer
I ordered a Beko B3T4924DW 9kg heat pump tumble dryer from ao com in Jan 2023 It lasted less than two years and broke Had a Beko engineer out who had to keep ordering new parts so took three visits to eventually work out it couldn t be fixed Beko have then made it very difficult to arrange any replacement or refund I ve had to spend hours on multiple calls to customer services being passed from department to department I had to spend over 1 5 hours on one call to find out that they sent me a message to a misspelt email address so they resent the email So overall an unreliable product and a terrible customer experience

Wish I could give minus 5 Worst experience I ve ever had with a brand in this day and age Appliance has packed in 6 months after purchasing and the customerService team is appalling Kept me on hold whilst they spoke to colleagues then hung up This happened multiple times too I would avoid this company next time

Interesting that John Lewis has reduced freezer BSF4682 by 70 interesting I expect J L isn t happy selling this standard of product Lots of mentions of poor customer service I ve tried to place my complaint but there isn t any means of contacting them The chat says it s available on a Sunday no it isn t The Managing Directors contact asks for a number which isn t available to me Oh why oh why did I buy this product
