Spares arrived for a fridge which as standard had fewer shelves than its predecessor being the reason for the request

Like the cooker but would have liked for there to have been a light in the top oven as well as main oven

Beko experience

It is up and running and working ok The only criticism I had was the manual which only had pictures to help you to reverse the door Our previous Beko fridge had a full page of writing to help with this and made the job a doddle instead of struggling on for 2 hours

Pro BDIN38440 Full-size Fully Integrated Dishwasher - this is an excellent dishwasher with a number of operating cycles to suit all requirements I only have one criticism which I hope Beko could incorporate in future A washing cycle complete indicator light that stays illuminated until the machine is manually reset the existing light is extinguished after a set period - For example if one person sets the machine running overnight and next morning another person comes to the machine he she can t tell if it has been on or not without examining the state of the contents which is not always obvious My BEKO dishwasher prior to this one allowed all control panel lights to stay illuminated after cycle completed thus indicating cycle had finished

Replaced a More Expensive Brand

Delivered installed and old dishwasher removed by AO on behalf of Argos on the date and time promised The new machine works fine although the instructions I respect of setting the water hardness level are unclear I still haven t worked it out On our old dishwasher we did use the top level folding racks for cutlery etc which would not fit in the rack O the Beko machine such items are likely to fall on the floor On the positive side plenty of programme choices fairly quiet in operation red warning light and way the door opens itself once programme has finished are nice touches Of course Beko is much cheaper than many other brands and whilst it is early days the product seems just as good

What the

Good machine works well would have been a 5 star review but After plumbing it in it would not pump out the water after its first wash I checked the connections and all were ok so had to call Beko to send an engineer out Apparently there is a plastic bung placed into the waste pipe once removed the machine worked fine Why on earth would they do that beware

Lots of freezer space

Fridge freezer was purchased via John Lewis who were selling it at the best price with good guarantee I needed one that can be used in an out house and Beko are one of very few companies that produced frost protect FF s I also wanted one with a large freezer section and this one had the biggest capacity It s on the tall side but fitted my garage perfectly Very quiet very good capacity Only negative would be no indication when it is at correct temperature to start storing food in it I used a thermometer to guage when it was cold enough to start using

Beko washing machine is good no doubt

Beko washing machine is good no doubt works good I have purchased from Argos but there was a problem with the machine I have called beko customer service too many times nobody attend my phone or tried to resolve my issue it was a bad experience Then I called an engineer and he sorted out my problem Customer service is not good or helpful

I do like this fridge freezer I like the water dispenser My one problem with it is not so much the item but my error I measured my previous fridge freezer height and width and they were both the same as this new one but I didnt measure the depth and that did not match it was smaller therefore the freezer drawers are smaller not so bothered about the fridge but the freezer cause a little bit of a propblem

Had itnot been for the fact that my new tumble dryer was faulty from the outset I would have given Beko a 5 star review as the company promptly arranged for an engineer to call A new heating element was fitted on the spot and since under guarantee at no cost to me All personnel I spoke to were pleasant polite and efficient
