I m not impressed with double oven Main oven when cooking temperature says 180 degrees C I have to put oven to 220 degrees C Wish I d have known this sooner cooking has become a chore

We use this fridge freezer in the garage it needs to be set at minimum cool 1 to prevent items freezing in the fridge compartment despite ambient temperature being 10 degrees C

It s a great fridge but

It s a great fridge it just seems to be a bit noisy rattles when what I assume is the compressor kicks in I will keep an eye on it and report any issues

9 Month old XCC653W Cooker Experience

I purchased a 7 month old secondhand XDC653W Beko electric cooker a couple of months ago Regrettably I ve found the oven timer not really fit for purpose The display of certain of the menu items one can hardly see and the alarm is hardly audible The rotary control knob surfaces are so smooth one can hardly turn them if one s hands are the least bit wet One of the more frequently used ceramic hob ring surface s is already showing evident signs of use This cooker isn t a year old yet compared to our previous one which was 15 years old it hardly stands comparison

Rather disappointed that it is difficult to do a roast as there is not enough room for a tray to cook roast potatoes at the top above the meat or chicken Any suggestions

My rating is one I would give any brand of washing machines currently on the market I am flabbergasted at how incredible long washing cycles are these days A hot cycle for cottons - 3 5 - 4 HOURS HOURS Except for the Quick wash at 30 degrees all cycles are well past an hour Eco eco eco Wish I had kept my old washing machine and got it repaired And I thought 50 minutes was long with that one What a fool I am Guess which cycle will be getting the most use on my new Beko Even if I have to make it go twice with the same load it ll be faster

Noisy fan due to manufacturing error

We ordered a Beko CFP3691VW fridge freezer from John Lewis with the fact it would be quiet just 39dB being one of the main considerations Like many folk these days we have an open plan layout to our house so too much additional noise just isn t on It actually measured well over 50dB over twice as loud with the extra sound seeming to come from the freezer fan assembly John Lewis were very good and offered to replace refund or we could go for a repair We opted for a repair via Beko The repair process wasn t too bad although the warning we d be hit for 55 if no actual fault was found was a tad concerning A repairer from Domex Ltd we ve had them out before - top notch duly arrived a few days later He found that the wires to the fan weren t installed properly and were flapping around which caused the extra noise Someone in Beko Quality Assurance needs to be spoken to Now for the good bits - the fridge freezer works well and flapping wires notwithstanding appears to be well made Only time will tell If you register the product you get 10 years parts coverage Fingers crossed that s not needed

Was advertised had having a light beam but it does not Cleans well so far but cutlery basket is awkward and not the best design old machine had a deeper well in middle for larger knifes but this one is sort of level all the way across
