I ordered a bed from Beliani and I don t regret it I m so glad I chose this bed My husband and I assembled it together and the process wasn t difficult The bed s structure is even sturdier than I expected which is fantastic The product was indeed in stock on the date mentioned on the website November 5th after which customer service reached out via email to provide further information I was hesitant to purchase from a website I hadn t used before but I m glad I chose this one I wholeheartedly recommend the Antlia bed to others

A transparent website with lots of information about the product The product I ordered arrived quickly very good quality we are very satisfied with it

As a designer I prefer to buy furniture based on real textile samples The colour and material of the sofa ordered in the Beliani webshop is exactly the same as in the photo This was a big surprise and very reassuring The delivery went smoothly

My experience with Beliani was not favourable it appears that they accept orders indicating the item is in stock take payment then after the date when the item should of been with me Iand was not I had to contact customer services were I was given a further date that date went by I then had to contact Beliani customer services again after waiting a few days for a response Im then told the item was damaged at the warehouse really No alternative was offered or any good will gesture I complained again only to be ignored I have now asked for an immediate refund lets see how long that takes I will be making a complaint to my credit card companyBeliani do not deserve my business the customer service is appalling It is clear to me that that do not carry any stock despite saying otherwise thay will take the order and payment with the hope they can get hold of the item you want You have been warned

We bought a double bed from Beliani which had a poor construction a small support from wood not thicker than 2cm in the middle of the bed broke After many emails and chat the response was always we are too busy but we will send the replacement The replacement will be thicker wood and have more support They did not tell me where they will ship the replacement and when Their RMA return process is flawed at best and requires an overhaul I would not buy from this company as their products do not seem to be robust and reliable

I have a warranty issue since 80 days no communications after some initial emails their phone line is not answering Avoid

Horrible scam company - stay AWAY Placed an order with them for goods which where supposed to be on stock The charged my credit card right away When the goods where not yet shipped after 12 days I cancelled the order by email as instructed on their website I received an autoreply that they would reply me within 5 days Due to this we called their customer service in the morning the next day here the employee confirmed that the order was cancelled and that we later the same day would receive a confirmation for the cancellation 5 hours later we receive an email informing that the goods have now been shipped Seriously Again I contacted customer service and they replied that I had cancelled the order after the goods were shipped and due to this I have to pay a 70 Euro cancellation fee It is simply so far out I both have an email and an autoreply from the day before proving that I cancelled the order they day before the goods where shipped just as we spoke with the customer service in the morning who also confirmed the cancellation I have tried calling their headquarters but you just get forwarded to the local department who are the very same people who say they will deduct 70 Euro from the refund I have now involved my lawyer and she suggested we called the customer service together making a recording of the call as we will take legal actions in case this is not solved Legally I have to inform the counterpart that I am recording the conversation which I did But as soon as they heard I recorded the conversation they hung up We tried two times with the same result So it is very clear this is a company who does not care anything about consumer rights And as they take the money from your account right away when you place the order they are holding all the cards and they know this and act accordingly I will however take the necessary legal steps to stop this company from ignoring basic consumer rights and EU legislation NO NOT place an order with this company
