The site froze when I tried to change

The site froze when I tried to change the date of delivery Also when I clicked on the pay button it only jumped up to the top of the website but did not go forward with the process I had to reload the site twice only then was I successfull

Bad webshopping experience

Unfortunately their web system does not work well First time your system does not allow me to place an order but the Hungarian customer service has solved this problem I would like to buy my current order on behalf of my company Our company has an EU tax number Your system allows me to do this but it does not want to deduct the amount without VAT from my account i e it wants to deduct the full price with VAT If I were you I would check your system again because I am sure I will not be the only one to encounter these problems

Purchasing method is simple and quick Except payment terms I had there some problems but it might be my fault too

Filling out billing and shipping address is a bit confusing as in case of any correction needed the remaining proper data has to be fulfilled again instead of keep proper data unchanged and only the wrong missing data to be completed updated Except this everything went well

I loved and happy with that there is a customer support replying within 1 day and providing full information in English and VERY polite I m not happy with uncertainty about delivery dates on web page it is up to 5 days but if to check with support it is up to 14 days and if to clarify if 14 days is a max limit - it turns out that it s not and depends on couriers etc basically in web is 1 type info and in reality it can turn to that customer can t plan anything for more than 2 weeks waiting for delivery at the spot

Phone number The country code was autmaticyla 36 I wrote my phone number but it wasn t accepted two times until I figured out that the FLAG before the 36 was missing so I had to choose manually the country Hungary and after it write my phone number
