The website has a wide variety of items but when I was unsure of what I needed I was able to call and discuss the firebox vision I had with customer service The customer service employee was very helpful and helped me order a custom firebox that I absolutely love Granted it did take a while to arrive because it was a custom item but it was well worth the wait I will be recommended this website to anyone who is shopping for similar items
