What a stunning fireplace Had to wait just over a month for delivery but that did have Christmas shutdown in that time But wow well worth the wait Absolutely beautiful Amazing finish and super quality Tilly was always quick to reply to any emails and enquiries and so helpful

Excellent service and advice from Tilly and it was ready to be delivered within just a week Very pleased with the whole thing and I consider good value considering the solid oak quality of the fireplace itself Only problem were the magnets needed to fix the outer frame to the fire were missing from the box but they forwarded on a spare set straight away Recommended

Oak to make a home

Buying three items in oak two of which are to bespoke sizes the team could not have been more positive and helpful The goods arrived at the time I was expecting without the excessive packaging some things are wrapped in Each one is excellent

Designer fireplaces were quick to respond to any queries i had about the fire and the came within the timeframe they suggested Had a slight Mark on the boot of the surround replacement sent straight away Great service

First class service from start to finish Tilly was very helpful throughout and the delivery guy was very helpful and accommodating The fireplace we ordered looked absolutely fabulous We would highly recommend Designer Fireplaces and would use again if the situation arose Thank you Tilly for all your help

Found online but decided to ring in my order to a helpful and pleasant lady Personal contact for the delivery ensured that it was at a convenient time The fireplace was delivered on time by a lovely gentleman who brought it into the house for me Very pleased with the quality and it looks better than anticipated Unusually payment was at delivery which is how it should be Thank you

Very easy purchase leadtimes much shorter than advertised ordered Thursday delivered Monday mainly I think as they were delivering in our area already fireplace as described very happy with it I wasn t sure on the advised fixing method but I was proved wrong and they work great
