Bellroy has always been a company that cares about its customers I think that sometimes they do go further than they should but it is how they do business and this is what makes them shine above the others I will keep buying their products in the future as I know that the customer service is second to none Thank you bellroy please keep up the good work

I started with a wallet that had lasted me 7 years and counting and now have circa 8 other bellroy products - bags folios tech wallet cased and each and every one is a standout in terms of design and quality One of my favourite brands that never disappoints Highly recommend

I ve been buying Bellroy products almost always direct from them once from Amazon and have yet to be disappointed I own a couple of the Classic backpacks both regular and premium and they re great and large enough for weekend bags or school or work I also own two slings 6L and 9L both excellent EDC bags

Good quality and shipping to NZ

Over the years I ve ordered more than 10 items from Bellroy I like the quality price and functionality of their products hence why I keep buying them Living in NZ they take around 2-3 days to get to my door which is impressive Last year I bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max case and when it arrived there was a problem with the design Bellroy proactively reached out and offered to replace the case with a better design which they did A colleague at work saw my case and ordered one that night Later that week she showed it to me Can t comment on customer service as I simply haven t had a need to contact them I see a few international courier poor experiences but in NZ my experience has been great

Wonderful wallet great service

I loved my bellroy Hide Seek wallet so much that when it wore out after 10 years I bought another one It s a masterpiece of design with hidden pockets aplenty and a focus on maintaining a slim profile And as if that were enough the customer service is top notch

I ve loved each item that I ve ordered from Bellroy Most recently I upgraded my Tokyo Mini Tote to a full-sized Tokyo Wonder Tote and it checks all the same boxes as the original Mini and improves on them The ripstop fabric - I m so so glad for this easy to clean lint-repelling fabric An organizational and ergonomic dream

Bronze bellroy devotee

I have just returned from my first holiday involving airplanes in several years and have been absolutely delighted with how nice if felt to travel with my bellroy baggage My bronze Venture Duffel 55L and bronze Classic Backpack were my check-in items and my matching Tokyo Tote 15L paired beautifully as my carry-on with my City Pouch Plus We packed the cooler bag in case we wanted to take water bottles on a bushwalk but didn t get around to it It was really easy to spot my bags on the carousel and I think the AirTag pouches built into them is one of their best features which is so reassuring to know that if they were to go astray I would know where they are Please keep up the amazing work and being a beautiful example of what B-Corp is all about and a pleasure to deal with always
