I purchased an air fryer from Hamilton beach too large and I needed to return to the company I called for authorization return label several times no answer email several times no responses I don t feel I should pay for the return of new product Poor customer service Company doesn t return calls will never order from Hamilton Beach again

NEVER Purchase Hamilton Beach products
I purchased the 120 Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-in-1 Coffee Maker in December 2019 to replace my 15yr old 40 Cuisinart coffee maker that worked perfectly because I really wanted the single-cup option along with the 12 cup carafe In May 2020 just 5 months later the single-cup lid no longer clicks shut Since I did not save the receipt because I assumed HB was a much better brand HB sent me a purchase code to get free shipping IF I purchased a NEW coffee maker from their website Free shipping That s just a slap in the face from customer service I will NEVER purchase another thing from Hamilton Beach

I purchased the Hamilton Beach 2-way
I purchased the Hamilton Beach 2-way flexbrew coffee maker I would suggest cusomers do your research before buying this coffee maker The single brew constantly has coffee grinds in the coffee 2 times out of 4 coffee grinds are in my coffee even after going through the troubleshooting steps to correct the issue I would suggest customers do some additional research on coffee makers before buying this one

Called 800 851-8900 printed on the Coffee Maker 46290 User Manual as the number to reach our friendly associates Only reached an auto answering message telling me to go to their web site Called another Hamilton Beach Customer Service phone no 877 474-1122 I found on the internet Got the same ridiculous auto message and never reached a soul

Glass Lid Exploded Customer Service Useless
The glass lid on my Hamilton Beach slow cooker exploded That s right No previous damage or misuse - it just shattered glass all over my kitchen and food HB Customer Service literally told me glass is fragile Then they offered me a coupon for free shipping if I bought the 21 replacement lid Yeah no I m disappointed and furious with the defective product and their horrendous unempathetic customer service Definitely not buying Hamilton Beach products ever again

Please do bot buy any Hamilton Beach products There is no customer service Just a recorded annoying message You will be on hold for more than an hour and will eventually disconnect after frustration Please try yourself by calling 1 800 267 2826 Return your products back to Wal Mart immediately Company does not meet the North American Standards for customer service

Worst Customer Service and Poor Quality Product
I purchased a Black Stainless Flexbrew coffee maker The Carafe Side Lid was broken and would not stay in place I should have returned it to the retailer but Hamilton Beach asks you not to and instead send it to them for evaluation I thought I was doing the right thing by sending it back to them but the customer service has been horrible I have no idea how they stay in business I had no communication from them When I e-mailed them to give me an update they replied We ask that you allow 6 to 8 weeks for your return to be processed and evaluated It has been three months since I ve had a coffee maker I ll never purchase a Hamilton Beach product again BEWARE

We had a duo coffee maker and the single cup stop working So my spouse obtained a gift of another Hamilton Beach last Friday and so I tried contacting the company The wrote me back stating that since I didn t have a sales receipt for the one I received last week 8 18 2023 they could not help me or follow warranty I would have to prove that it was purchased this year Two of their coffee makers both worthless No more Hamilton Beach
