Today we took a trip to the Hayfield Manor newbuild estate in Adderbury to view the showhome and get some design inspiration for our own home renovations Anita the sales representative was a fantastic guide to the property Her knowledge professionalism and warm demeanor made the experience enjoyable and informative She took time to address every question with care showcasing the property beautifully Her passion and attention to detail truly elevated the visit We would highly recommend visiting Anita

Francesco has been brilliant from the start Very helpful but not pushy Explained everything in detail taking his time to make sure we understood His communication written and verbal has been brilliant Very quick helpful responses The weekly updates have been really good and he is very knowledgeable about the site and our particular property

Our son and daughter-in-law have recently moved into a Hatfield home and I am just blown away by the top quality finish and fixtures and fittings as well as the extras they have been given It s a beautiful home and Hayfield are exceptional builders Very impressed

Hayfield Crescent

Thank you to Claire and Annabelle for spending the time with us and showing us around the Showhome at Hayfield Crescent We were very taken with the Property but it is just that bit too far out for us so will not be proceeding with a purchase Would be very interested if they build homes nearer to where we already live and have given our details to that effect - thank you once again

Fantastic Customer Experience

My partner and I brought our first home back in December 2023 in Hayfield Walk Our overall experience has been excellent from initial enquiry through to aftercare All staff we have had the pleasure of meeting have been very knowledgable and helpful in particular Luke Gary Laura Any queries response times and actions have always been so quick Following the developers feedback form we were required to complete Luke followed up with us immediately on our answers which showed to us the genuine care they have There is snagging as you would expect in any new build a lot less than you d see with other developer s I d imagine but I cannot fault the aftercare received and continue to recommend to anyone who asks

Excellent customer service 5 stars is not enough

We recently purchased a beautiful home in Silsoe Bedfordshire from Hayfield through Martina at Haart Herself and Mary from Hayfield have both been excellent in many ways and the customer service has been a breath of fresh air when times have been very stressful They are both very worthy of the 5 stars We are very excited to be moving into our new home next week Jenny and Paul

We arrived at the development Joe was very welcoming and took time to answer all our questions showed us the show house and the Harcourt Joe took his time in showing us the model and which houses were available we loved the development and once our house is sold we are very much hoping to see which house we will buy Joe also sent us the brochure and video which we requested of the Henley style house which was done on the same day of our visit many thanks joe for also offering us a cuppa
