I d give zero stars if I could I want to return an item I ve spend 28 in shipping fees The return address that they gave me refuses to take packages I ve tried twice They are not helpful I d NEVER EVER order from this place again

Absolutely terrible experience with this company - never received my parcel worth over 700 and haven t been able to get in touch with anyone from the company for over a month I have contacted them daily and never had a response

I ordered a top from here about 6 months ago and the top came with a slight tear It was small so I fixed it The top was beautiful so I decided to try ordering a dress I ordered the dress over a month ago and still have not received it When I try to contact them I get responses in French with no helpful information on where the dress is

I would give this company 0 stars if I could I ordered a dress from this website for the first time and paid for express shipping so it could get to me in time for an event After it hadn t shipped for 4 days I finally reached out to customer service only to find out my order was blocked because it wasn t in stock So I switched my order to the same dress but in a different color which was in stock and I have received very little communication throughout the entire process I have sent multiple emails a day asking when my order will be shipped if I will have a new tracking number or not if there is a phone number that I can call and talk to someone I am only getting one email from their customer support per day and their communication with me altogether stopped days ago - still no answers to any of my questions I still haven t received my dress or a refund And now I am basically out 200 Will recommend people to stay away from this website I will change my review if I hear back from the company or if I eventually receive my dress get a refund

The carrier was extremely rude and sent my items back to the shop in France just because I was not at home and my boyfriend did not have the cash to pay the toll

Language suddenly changes to French whole returns process was only available in French it s unclear from the website that returns are only free from France and not from other EU countries

The package couln t be delivered and was sent back ok that was my mistake and I have not received an answer to my two emails asking what will happen now I have paid already for the clothes and would like to get the package sent again is that possible

The clothes are lovely but beware if you need to return anything They are a nightmare to deal with Their site says they will process your return exchange within 10 days They have had my package for over 20 days and keep telling me that they will eventually process it Their customer service rep stopped responding to my emails I m out nearly 200 waiting for them

I received my package today which only contained half of my order I can t get through to customer services now so I have had to contact the bank to refund me Very disappointed in the service and I ve paid for something I didn t receive
