For a brand with these prices but no physical stores I would really appreciate more information on the fitting I fell in love with a pair of highwaisted shorts and had my measurements ready when asking the Berthie assistant in the chat about some feedback on how the shorts might fit The only thing she could tell me was the length of the item For something that I d like to be tight around the waist but more generous around the thights and bum that s really not enough It means I automatically have to order two sizes and just hope that one will fit Unfortunately neither did so for a lack of information in the parcel I checked the returns policy online There it said to return the parcel via Chronopost for 5 I emailed customer service because I had never heard of Chronopost before the assistant kindly replied very swiftly giving me a link and code to register the return online and said I could use any carrier to send the parcel back I appreciate the quick response but this information should really be on the website already At the post office however I was told that a parcel this size would cost a lot more and so had to purchase a different box and re-pack everything Guess I d have saved myself a lot of hassle by ordering some superfluous extra clothes to reach the 300-order value at the beginning because then Berthie cover the return cost But instead wouldn t it be better to give your customers sufficient and correct information from the get go If more measurements were included on your website that could save the customers and the planet a lot of unneccessary back and forth

Communication with customer service is very difficult I had to wait almost over a week for an inquiry about my order But in the end they accepted my need and changed it The material of the dress doesn t look or feel like cotton but it is comfortable and doesn t scratch
