I ordered 4 items from Berthie and it said items would ship in 5-7 business days After two weeks I hadn t received an update so I reached out Customer service said one of the items in my order was out of stock so they put my order on pause they didn t notify me of this even though they had already charged me for all items I responded asking to be refunded for the out of stock item and to have the remaining items shipped But now I can t get customer service to respond to my email I ve tried 4 different times over the past week and have gotten no response They still haven t refunded me any money and still haven t sent me any items I ordered

I placed an order I was charged but it never shipped so after 2 weeks I reached out to customer service They were difficult to get a hold of but I finally got an email response My order was blocked because one of the items was out of stock - they had still charged me for it and never contacted me to let me know the issue I asked them to ship the other items in my order I eventually received them a month later I needed to return some items because they arrived too late and didn t fit It s been almost 2 months since I returned these items I still haven t been refunded and customer service continues to be unresponsive I have the tracking information that these have been received by their warehouse Their team let me know the refund should happen within 14 business days it s been almost 2 months

BERTHIE US must be a scam
I have purchased a couple of items with BERTHIE US and I have filed a return request sent back a pair of shorts with my own money through UPS because their return policy is inconvenient I believe that after a month still chasing for the refund and not receiving any reply whatsoever to my emails they are probably a scam We need to collectively report this company to Instagram and any other actions we can do to get this company out of the market

This site is a scam because I have ordered a swimming pool one month ago and I have never received the item I have sent them many emails asking where is my order and I never heard back I tracked my order and it says delivered 13 days ago and this is so not right because I never received the item My kids keep asking when the swimming pool will come and I have no answer for them

This company is a scam I ordered a swimming pool and they said it was delievered through my letterbox What was actually put through my letterbox was a pair of socks Customer services just give you the run around asking for same information over and over againI know I m not going to get the swimming pool or a refund as they not interested So have contacted the police fraud line

Berthie still owes me money non-existent customer service
Do NOT shop here if there is any chance you may need to return items I qualified for a refund because I purchased over 200 worth of clothing I followed every instruction on the website regarding returns Never received a refund for shipping even though a member of their customer service team said they would be able refund the cost After not receiving anything I emailed them FOUR times with no response Will never purchase anything from here again and would advise others to shop elsewhere

I ordered a pair of shorts and first thought I would exchange and then realized the cut was unflattering in any size and requested to return This was not possible to switch via their technology platform So I messaged 4 times to have support help me convert from an exchange to a return No dice New shorts arrived anyhow I think messaged 3 times to have them pay for return shipping read the fine print they don t pay under 300 euros and they literally ghosted me Additionally their first pair of shorts shipped over a week late spent some enormous amount of time in customs and the cut was unflattering Enormous waste of time all around and the opposite of a pleasure to work with Save yourself and do not order from this instagram brand

Poor customer service and quality
Because of a warehouse issue it took weeks to receive my order It would have been nice to be informed of the delay proactively rather than having to contact the customer service over and over again Also the items received look nothing like the pictures

I placed an order in late December a month later still waiting for delivery Of course they charged my credit card immediately Reached out by email to check on status and was told it takes 7 working days to respond Overall not a positive experience Don t bother shopping here it is not worth the headache

I sent them several emails about sending me a label for my return package as my order exceeds the 300 so I m meant to receive it They aren t responding to my many emails Looks like I may have to just pay to send it back myself Considering they re not returning any of my emails I m a little unsure that I ll even get my refund at this point
