I haven t received my product even after paying upfront

I ve ordered a laptop from this website ASUS Vivobook Flip 14 for 655 euro including delivery In the website it was written that the product will be delivered between 2-4 working days But now it s been 11 days and there s no trace of the product They ve sent an online tracking link of GLS courier 5 days back but on that link there s no existence of the laptop I ve contacted the GLS office a few times and the response from the GLS office is that your seller hasn t shipped the product yet
