Stocks and Shares ISA coaching session

Harry at Bestinvest listened to my investment situation giving me time to go into a bit of detail and did not interrupt I had seven questions to put to him about Stocks and Shares ISAs I was allowed to put these to him taking whatever time I needed to do so Clearly he was listening to each question as he was able to provide clearly understood answers and by the end of the session I had learned a lot about how to operate a Stocks and Shares ISA Following the coaching session I am now fully confident with operating this type of ISA He courteously asked if there was anything else I needed to ask him about at the end of the chat I would certainly recommend Harry as an excellent coach

I have very bad experience asking urgently for information from my SIPP for the last 3 weeks Everyone I spoke to help me with my request was not that helpful till today when I spoke to Taylor she was really helpful I hope I will receive the information I need soon

Moving to Bestinvest

I initiate my financial relationship via a Bestinvest coaching session chap called Josh this resulted in transferring an ISA investment pot to Bestinvest from another platform The transfer process went smoothly One reason I transferred my portfolio was the 4 4 interested paid on cash held in the account which is very competitive The next stage was chatting to an advisor with regards to tailoring a portfolio to my needs I spoke to a lady called Emma who tailored the portfolio of which I am now invested Very pleased with the overall service Fingers crossed the fund portfolio will grow moving forwards over the next five years or so Great service

Taylor took my phone request for help

Taylor took my phone call requesting help in navigating the new Bestinvest investments and not only explained the process I had used rather than the one I thought I d used Then went on to assist in progressing all my planned switch of Fund requirements Even followed up later in the day with a call to confirm what we discussed had been agreed and progressed

Really helpful lady on the phone when I got locked out my account Solved my issue in minutes The platform is good too and seems like a very professional and efficient operation

Help is just a phone call away

Perhaps it is me but I find navigating websites really tricky I never seem to be able to find exactly what I am looking for Fortunately Contact us resulted in a quickly answered phone call to a really helpful assistant called Taylor She was extremely patient and walked me slowly through the entire process which seemed so simple when guided to exactly where to find where to click

Helpful coaching

The coaching session with Lydia in July was most helpful After a questionnaire based assessment of my risk tolerance the tools available on the Evelyn Best Invest website were explained This helped to illustrate suggestions on achieving a balanced portfolio which matched my appetite for risk As with others who had commented the 1000 transfer bonus was somewhat opaque and Lydia spoke separately to colleagues to clarify this Overall a fruitful session with a well prepared and informed consultant Thank you

Really great service from coaching session

Re my coaching session call happened exactly when arranged for all the tech worked well and felt I could ask the questions I needed and got helpful answers back together with email of key points and also answers to some further follow up questions Really great service

Helpful and Informative

I d contacted Bestinvest to learn more about their stocks and shares ISA product Very pleased with and appreciative of the kind help and information provided by Lydia Ellis in our free 45 minute coaching session held on Teams Lydia summarised how the platform works and pointed me in the direction of the help and resources available She also talked about the risks with investing and how to mitigate them A good experience and I ve since opened an account and am currently wading through the information with a view to making a start on investing
