Where do I start Well one of the BEST things is a human voice to talk to NOT a machine telling me to press one press 2 etc etc and taking forever to get to someone then when I did find someone that person a lady called Taylor she has and was brilliant with me from start to finish she took time to guide me through things and even called me back YES a Co that actually does call their clients back not like most who say sorry we can t do that you have to call us I am very impressed with the service I received and would not hesitate to use your company again in the future

Moving to a BI SIPP

My existing big name pension fund holder did not want to continue my fund holding after a birthday I am approaching I already had a Stocks and Shares ISA with Best Invest and know their Coaches focus on your situation check facts you give them talk in a way that supports you taking action present you with clearly presented choices and there in only the pressure you bring - none they add I was not disappointed in their support this time I still have very important decisions to make about future calls on my pension funds and ethical funds but I know I have informed support and Advice when I need it

I have a comparatively small number of investments with Bestinvest I have spent the last few months getting increasingly frustrated trying to get a clear view of what I hold what s in an ISA and how Bestinvest Tilley Evelyn and Aegon are related Passwords haven t worked I can t seem to talk to anyone at Aegon And so on I accept that some fault lies with me but if I had submitted a review a week ago I d have found it difficult to give Bestinvest more than two stars Yesterday thanks to Kieran that changed He was extremely understanding of my difficulties explained things in plain English talked me through a password reset and today sent me the clear information I have been seeking Kieran showed great patience understanding and professionalism
