Possible scam website
I strongly advise not to use this website I had rejected several payments with the banks more than 1 card was used to try and do the payment rejecting each transaction automatically This for me is a strong indicator for this website being a possible scam as I never heard anyone use it earlier Furthermore when I tried to contact them they replied without a signature and just saying check with your own bank Even if they are not a scam which I hope they are not then they are just very bad in their business about how they treat their customers

Damaged furniture multiple delivery attempts no compensation
I recommend not to order here it s a nerve-racking test of patience I ordered a couch via Maison du Monde half a year ago First delivery I saw right away that the couch was damaged and rejected the delivery Second delivery I accepted the couch and saw that it s damaged as well while unpacking The couch was no longer in stock I told them it s broken but not visible so I can fix it on my own and would be fine with a discount They offered me 70 EUR discount for a 1399 EUR couch Seriously I asked for a reasonable discount they offered a bit more but still not even 10 I told them I take the replacement part for the couch but that they have to take the damaged one with them I repeated that many times They promised me to do what they could I never understood that cause all you need to do is to file an order for a pick up as well I am a woman living alone with no space for two parts of a couch In Germany you need to pay for the pick up of such big trash and why should I pay for that as it wasn t my mistake in the first place Today the third delivery was scheduled It was a new shipping company so I was hopeful The couch was definitely wrapped more secure But they delivered to the street only not to my apartment And they had no order to pick anything up So I had to reject the delivery I could cry I never experienced such a horrible customer experience I wish I would have never ordered my couch with them

We were a bit hesitant to order online the sofa we wanted a blue turquoise panoramic and only best mobilier was able to guarantee us delivery by 8 November In fact we got sofa 10 - 12 days after initial order We were very surprised very nice colour quality vs price When we quoted other companies we were told to wait 3 months minimum Drivers who deliver the sofa were also very kind and helped us IT was very good packaged and easy to assemble
