Like the program Some of the exercises are too hard for a beginner but will hopefully get easier with practice

I was unhappy with a billing problem

I was unhappy with a billing problem and the first person tried to solve it by throwing free stuff at me However after I replied the next customer service person actually heard what I had to say and took care of the issue for me I am very appreciative of that When they make a product I can watch on my tv via youtube or streaming I ll be back

18 23 for the Personalized chair yoga plan I cancelled the monthly subscription straight after I paid but had no access to my plan after checking they with drew my plan as soon as I cancelled so 18 23 for nothing it s a con stay away UPDATE they have restored access to my plan and given me a couple of months access for free I ve used the plan for a few days now and have started to feel like I ve been working out looking forward to completing the plan I will update again as I work through the plan

Pros and Cons on Challenges

My feedback on the challenges Highly recommend defined butt and pilates Defined butt gets rigorous early on I can feel a lot of pain and gain in my butt I like pilates for self-soothing effect not so much for weight loss Big downside The pilates videos are on Youtube and the ads in between are interruptive and annoying esp when I have to press skip to get back to the video

No need of hours of exercise to improve your body

I love how in so few minutes you feel how your body is really working There are many other routines which can help you commit your work To improve the timeline hides how the foot exercise has to be done and sometimes you can do them wrong for that I think it would be great to increase the number of lectures which I found very interesting and there are no so much of them

Just started but so far so good I really like the ease of the daily tracker of the daily habits exercise water snapping pics of meals etc I don t like the calorie tracker Having used Weight Watchers scanner and tracker I find tracking in BetterMe laborious I am using the coaching option and it s nice to have someone checking in and giving advice

simple workouts meet my needs

The chair workouts and simple routines with no impact are what I need right now as I m having knee issues and trying to avoid replacement I m substituting time on the stationary bike for walking I DON T like the constant adds for more add-ons I m currently enrolled in NOOM and have have made great progress so would appreciate being able to opt out of the rest of the app program permanently
