by the time of selling it was ok after sale no response cant even track him i called him few times about the policy but no response i have purchased policy but i dont know anything about it no terms and condition no policy details

Awful customer service

Awful customer service Made application for life insurance had our medical interview and they informed us that they have sent the application to the insurance company and would be in touch One month later after numerous phone calls and emails and never being able to get on contact I called the insurance company direct who informed us they accepted our application 3 weeks ago and had sent it back to better protect who never informed us

Nuisance phone calls from Better Protect

I took out a 5 year life insurance policy through Better Protect in 2012 and did not renew it in 2017 as I no longer needed it I now keep getting phone calls from Better Protect to review my requirements and they won t accept that I ve cancelled the policy During the phone call in January they told me I m still paying the premiums when I m not and haven t done for over 2 years I hope from today s phone call they will remove my name from their database and stop ringing me

I got a legal and general policy through them they got my name wrong and i only found out through legal and general documentation the 02035401860 no listed on their website doesn t work and there is no way to contact they except by emails so far they haven t replied my emails
