Inefficient operators

Originally made contact online but was soon contacted by phone would have preferred more time this would have reduced the friction on the phone as I felt slightly pressured and it did take a second call for me to make up my mind eventually

Wrong account number used which resulted in non payment of direct debit TWICE Hopefully by September it will be sorted or thats what I have been promised

The actual application went smooth enough but I never received any paperwork to confirm my policy existed so I cancelled it as there would have been no proof of the policy existence should a claim have been made Better protect and AIG both failed to provide the relevant paperwork I won t be using their service ever again n

Very disappointed service

Very disappointed service payment already taken out of my account and still not received documents of policy nearly two months on At the moment of sharing this experience with you still haven t received documents and had to make several calls of total inconvenience have been promised to send the documents

The guy was good but he told me he would get in contact with my old insurance company to cancel but did not

At times hounding and I was ready to cancel

Initial chat was fine but after first half of policy agreed the phone calls emails and texts seemed relentless and I was busy working so simply got annoyed with constant contact Should have and could have been all done in one email or call not several It was thoroughly hard work with legal and general having absolutely zero communication skills making the better protect system very slow and as if they hadn t provided correct information etc I had to phone them as couldn t speak to L G directly to sort out the disorganised mess
