We will only buy Bgreater shoes for school from now on We first bought a pair of Stirlings after the Clarks pair I bought fell apart before the first half term The Bgreater pair lasted the rest of the year Also I had bought the Clarks in a wide fit but they still squished my son s toes The Bgreater shoes have plenty of toe-room and are nice and light not stupidly chunky like most school shoes This year he chose the all black Levinson trainers still smart enough for school We re all really chuffed with them

Great school shoes for my son It s so hard to find shoes that he finds comfortable as even some of the top brands are very hard and narrow I love that the school shoes have a soft mesh backing No complaints from him at all Have now bought both my children new trainers from them too Bonus points from my daughter that the Berry ones have sparkly details Excellent value great quality Thanks

Brilliant shoes for sensitive feet

So glad I found this company I was at my wits end buying and returning shoes from all the major shoe outlets for my 4 year old who is very sensitive to how they feel and refused to wear them These were an immediate hit with her and she wore them straightaway no problems They survived their first day at nursery and look like they will last well She said they were comfy We got the Berry and the sparkly pink bits were a great touch and they look really smart Really can t say enough good things about them I will be back for school shoes as she cannot tolerate all the ones we have tried so far My only criticism is they don t do my size as I want a pair

Sizes are completely wrong

Sizes are completely wrong Go 3 sizes down He s an 11 so we bought him an 11 They came and were atleast 3 sizes too big They come with a shoe size gauge and showed the trainer was way over the 13 mark but his bare foot showed he was a 10 5 so we assumed they sent us a faulty pair Ordered a size 10 because the others were so big while didn t want to risk it being so close to back to school Surprised I can still fit my finger down the back when he s stood up and they flip off when he walks Sizing is insanely wrong I haven t checked other reviews but if there s no one else that has had this experience then I ll be shocked Little help from customer services also Nice shoe with great idea for the bare foot experience but they have wasted my time

Very late delivery

Very late delivery Unreliable company I ordered my little girl shoes on the 20th of November and I m still waiting for the delivery Ridiculous

Cause my son injuries

I purchased a pair of boots for my 3-year-old son from your company which were advertised as comfortable for children Unfortunately these boots have caused him injuries Upon contacting customer care I was advised to 1 Use Vaseline around his legs 3 Ensure that his legs are always covered with socks This is not a reasonable solution for a young child whose socks may slide down Additionally there were no indications before purchase that these measures were necessary to avoid injuries I am extremely disappointed with the response from your customer service I will never buy shoes from your company again and I plan to file a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Attached are the pictures of the email correspondence with your customer service

Bgreater shoes are the greatest

My son has wide feet so every year it is difficult to find the right size shoes for him Last September I bought size 4 Bgreater school shoes for him I could not be more pleased with the customer service the quality of the shoes and the fit The shoes lasted all year and my son was very happy with them Bgreater turned our nightmare shopping experience into a much happier experience - five stars The only problem is that now my son is adult size 5 we are stuck again as BGreater only go up to adult size 4
