Great Customer Service

This is a long overdue review but FedEx lost my package a limited edition statue and as a last resort I called BigBadToyStore customer service to see what my options were I knew there wasn t much that BigBadToyStore could do since FedEx was the one who lost the package but David the person who picked up the call was super amazing suggested I waited a little more just incase FedEx suddenly finds the statue while putting a new statue on hold He called FedEx himself to see what was going on AND even after the call with me he made sure to call and email me back every week to check how the status was going FedEx did eventually find the package after a month but I just wanted to note how personal BigBadToyStore s customer service was Thank you so much David

Wonderful store

I bought an in-stock item from BigBadToyStore on the 7th of October and it s literally just arrived couldn t be happier My experience with BigBadToyStore has been absolutely positive I placed the order and it took a long time to process but I gave it some time and it did process without any issue When it shipped it didn t give me tracking for the first 48 hours so I panicked and emailed the customer service However shortly after sending my email the tracking came online and the person who replied to me- Joe was absolutely wonderful and polite even though my issue was already resolved by the time he replied Once the item was shipped I was notified of every single move it made the tracking was full and comprehensive and the item arrived well packed in a box that was pretty much pristine Absolutely lovely experience with this store

Fantastic delivery

Ordered a lot of transformers and despite the distance - I live in Denmark - I got my order really quickly Daily notifications with track and trace made sure that I could follow my package all the way - I m really pleased with everything - even my order was firmly packed and wrapped in bubble plastic - Thumbs up from DK -

There is nothing wrong to say about this international online shop they are serious workers Most of the products they propose are toys that are recently made Their retail prices are correct

Did a pre-order of some Super7 Power Ranger figures Reasonable price and packing well packed prompt delivery bearing in mind I live in Wales UK and they re based in the U S and the items are immaculate No complaints here
