Apologetic and Grateful

I complained about a misunderstanding about tires about six months ago and want to apologize Those awesome people at the shop are so overwhelmed with needy customers it s a wonder they can keep up with us My radiator had a malfunction last week and when I got up in the morning to go to work it had run the battery dry and I had to call in sick I walked from my house to an auto parts store to get something to start my car and while in transit called my Hyundai dealer Toyota and a few more auto shops and found out that they were all a week out just to look at it That was scary I had heard on the news that auto mechanics were backed up and there was a shortage of them but learned for myself on a very cold day while walking they ARE So on the way back to my house I stopped by the Big O near me the one that I had complained about and prayed they would be able to help me and not punish me for hurting them Brian at the front desk was very soft spoken and kind as always and made me feel comfortable and put me on the waiting list but cautioned that I may have a long wait because they were so busy But I was grateful that they were willing to try at all after having called around town and found out nobody could even look at it till Monday I need my car so much After about a four hour wait they got me in I was thinking it would cost me a fortune Some mechanics and the co-owner Chris himself tested and evaluated it for some time and couldn t find the exact problem Then Chris ran through his national data base looking for the similar problem for my model of car He came back to tell me how much it would cost to fix but said he wasn t sure it would be the right fix and said the parts would still work and I could keep driving it safely and could take it to the Hyundai dealer for a full electronic diagnosis to be sure rather than spend nine hundred bucks right then He also insisted that I didn t need to pay anything for the diagnosis time they had spent on my car Imagine how shocked I was In an ecstatic and relieved way I can t believe they would do that for me I intend to take my car in every time from now on and be really loyal to them because they have always been loyal to me and fixed my flats and done several other freebies that I had forgotten about And they do have the best tires and best warranties I know of I got a flat on a trip last fall and Big O fixed it for free in Boise Idaho Thanks I Love You Big O

WE were on a weekend trip to see grand

WE were on a weekend trip to see grand kids in sporting events--2 events in 2 different towns 50 miles apart car was showing the check tire alert one tire was low we found that the tire had a screw in it as we were trying to see athletic events is several towns time was of concern the staff got us in and had the tire fixed and had us on the way in an hour the assistant manager was at the service desk and after i explained our situation he said that they could get us out within an hour invited us in to have a cup of coffee while they got us taken care of we were non-customers tourists on the road trying to hit sporting events in multiple cities were were treated with great respect and with amazing customer service what could have been a very bad day turned our to be just a little slow down outstanding customer service has to the way they operate daily the store was busy and just watching and obsevring they treated every customer the same way we only missed part of the basketball game and made it to the inside track championships on time the BigO crew was absolutely awesome The assistant manger was at the service desk and treated us like we were family if we lived in Canon City CO they would be my place to get service THANK YOU for letting us have a very good day with not much more than a short break

After a huge snow storm

After a huge snow storm I decided to get better tires This was in Cheyenne on Yellowstone They had to order them from Denver and they were here the next day They drive me to work then took my Explorer back to the shop and then delivered it to me by the time I got off work I noticed that one of the tires didn t have enough air pressure I called them the next morning They came and got my car fixed the problem and had my car back before I got off work This was amazing customer service Thanks guys especially Cory You rock

B this place is by far the best tire shop in the business Super great deals and the the staff is great Mr B is the guy that helped us out on our purchase for my tires He s great and super friendly thank you so much B Gerry and manuir Jonny also we re great guys

Update Big O Tires is a Nightmare

Update My daughter finally took the vehicle to another mechanic According to this new mechanic she was told that the mechanic at Big O Tires over filled thereby causing serious damage and it eventually locked up the engine The mechanic took out the parts of her vehicle and mischievously change it to old ones I will be posting pictures of what they did to her car later on The Regional Manager of Big O Tires has refused to pick our calls or show empathy She s been under lot of stress as a result of this Lost one of her jobs because she couldn t afford Uber to commute to this job This is a young lady going to school and once had 2 jobs trying to do the right thing Please stay away from Big O Tires especially if you re a female A simple oil change has led to this nightmare

Big ZERO for Big O Tires

My wife took her Toyota RAV 4 to your S Mason Street Fort Collins CO store yesterday afternoon Friday 8 4 23 Since the attitude at Discount Tire is definitely NOT what it used to be and since she could get the Hankook tires she wanted at your store within a day I suggested she go to your Big O store When she came home she complained about the driver s side arm rest needing to be cleaned I went out and looked at the arm rest which had what appeared to be black grease pretty much all over it The interior of the car is light tan so don t tell me someone didn t see this mess Why didn t that person wash up before getting into a customer s car with that stuff on them Fortunately I had some Toyota Fabric Cleaner and even with that it still took a while to clean up the mess Then there s the 27 plus charge for shop supplies Like what What supplies did you use for this amount of money Is this the latest industry hustle to run up the price This quality of work is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE This quality is something I would have expected had the car been taken for work to some feed lot out east of here Sid Cooley

never wast your money theremy old car got water leaking on passenger side i told them can u fix after they checked they told me do heater core fix cost 484 dollar when they done my car still water leak i came there to told them and they said leaking water from outside rec else where they can t fix
