Bird Cycleworks have been a pleasure to deal with right from the start I m not going to review my purchase as MTB s are a very personal desicion and there are plenty of opinions and reviews out there This review is about the company and how it deals with it s customers which is second to none Buying direct is always a risk so i had done alot of research before contacting Bird When i did they answered my questions with the exact details i was after After making a few changes to my order mainly due to their suggestions the ordering process was easy and fun Infact i put together my bike on the online tool several times each time changing the smallest of details What a system My Bird arrived 10 days later after being handbuilt by the same guys i had been able to talk to The bike was well packaged with minimal building required and was built to the exact specification i had ordered If you are thinking about ordering a Bird go for it you won t regret it

Superb Service and even better Bike Where can you spec a bike from top to bottom hassle free other than at BirdCycleWorks I pestered Ben every 5 minutes and not once did he show he was annoyed legend any questions he gave the answers any amendments the team just sorted After sales so far has bene top notch So happy with the bike and the team even the Santa Cruz nobbers in the office are impressed

Great communications with the guys at Bird Friendly demo day and accomodating nature Dan was happy to provide a trail ride of the area and even a nicer route back to Fleet train station All round great day and even better bike aerisAM9

I just picked up Aeris 145 frame after one year with Zero AM Boost For the current price it s absolute bombshell I recomend it to everyone who wants good bike with small budget The frame is great despite it s low price I am looking forward to shreding in bikeparks later this year

Ich love the bike and i love the Service I did send so many mails from different adresses and did a bit chaos but there were no Problems the guys from bird cycleworks were very freindly an cool The bike arrived in Germany very fast and i had to do nearly nothing else Sorry for my bad english ich hope everyone can understand that i am in love with the bike and everything was fine D

Excellent service and quality

Recently bought a Zero AM and I imagine I was a painful customer asking lots of questions throughout the process These guys were extremely helpful throughout From helping spec the bike to my needs keeping me updated with build and delivery timescales and even helping with a tyre issue not their fault afterwards I even received the bike a week before the anticipated delivery time The service here is second to none Wether you re an accomplished rider or a complete novice like myself they are knowledgeable helpful and very quick to respond to you either in the phone or via email The quality of the bikes is excellent the Zero inspires confidence on trails and had me hitting jumps on day one even after having not ridden a bike for 5 years Keep up the good work guys and thanks one again for the bike and the service

Aeris AM9

Took delivery of my Aeris AM9 in December and my only complaint is that the weather has been dreadful since The bike is unbelievably good and supremely capable but the thing that surprised me the most was how well it climbs Hands down the best climbing bike I ve ever ridden I expected the AM9 to be good on the descents and I ve not been disappointed Just need the Covid situation and the weather to improve and I can go out and ride more In terms of customer service Bird cannot be faulted Ben was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and guided me through the whole decision making process and he s been spot on about sizing I m 6ft and on a L and the componentry choices Having placed my order when parts were in short supply thanks to Covid I got regular updates on progress and was able to change my choices to suit Absolutely first class experience and I would unreservedly recommend Bird to anyone
