Cheap and nasty plastic components inside units will fail
Paper documents will eventually get stuck behind the drawers of all Bisley filing cabinets You will not be able to retrieve the paperwork You will not be able to close the drawer either which will remain half open You will then not be able to open other drawers in the unit because of the tilt security mechanism Removing the drawers to retrieve paperwork is hell on earth The online instructions are unclear with bad photographs Tracking down the correct instructions is not easy Metal inside the units is very sharp and maybe like me you cut suffer multiple cuts to your fingers getting blood and grease everywhere You will then find that crucial components inside the unit are not the robust construction you thought you had purchased but very cheap and nasty plastic These will have failed You will curse Bisley for having sold you at great cost a very poor quality product

Overly aggressive marketing tactic
I purchased a set of storage drawers in 2024 and although expensive I was quite pleased with the product Today I received an email asking me to complete a survey about my experience I took the time to fill out the survey but when I went to submit it I was unable to do so unless I agreed to receive marketing emails from them How rude to ask someone to provide feedback but then to take the feedback unless you agree to get junk mail from them Sleazy

Customer service is first class
Very successful well run British company with excellent customer service and office products The cabinets I bought 30 years ago are still working very well and are very solidly made in the UK It is heartening to know that this British company did not relocate abroad where labour is cheaper and made the decision to stay in the UK It must be the only large company that still employs a receptionist to answer the phone and no automated options

Customer service is first class The phone is answered quickly By a cheerful knowledgeable team member There is no press one Press two for something else etc So refreshing to talk to a friendly human beng and not to have to struggle with a robot Well done Bisley I love your Company

Received a cabinet from Bisley one of the shelves were damaged and they refunded me promptly All correspondence has been quick and efficient A pleasure of a company to deal with
