I am suicidal as a result of bitcasino s lack of care and attention I asked for myself to be locked off my account until feb 2022 I have a serious gambling issue and asked them to facilitate my request They only blocked it for 24hrs and emailed me saying if i can still go ahead with block or rejoin after the 24hrs Me being a gambling addict i asked them to reopen and i lost my life savings in 2 hrs I feel suicidal now and i feel they shouldve honoured my initial request to block my account until feb 2022z
