AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN Complete rip off I have been using them for about a year and deposited loads playing only with BTC and ETH I never had a cash out till today in which I won 0 47 BTC They cancelled the withdrawal and told me it cant be paid as I went over max stake for the bonus terms Number 1 I didn t even know I was using a bonus it was not clear and on the deposit page it shows a message always saying there are no bonuses available please contact support Number 2 The terms and condition for the TUSK bonus in question are not shown with it you can only find the bonus terms and conditions underneath the 1st deposit bonus 2nd deposit bonus and 3rd deposit bonus tabs I also checked in terms and conditions on the site repeatedly and I never have seen anything in there about bonus terms and conditions The fact that they only show the bonus terms and conditions next to the 1st 2nd and 3rd deposit bonus clearly shows they are trying to mislead and trick people I am not the only person this has happened to this happens to people daily 3 when I tried to contact support and raise this further they told me the decision is final and they wont even hear me out It s a complete scam this situation where the Casino Always wins 3 1 In a nutshell I was given a bonus I didn t even know I had or asked for and not displayed terms and conditions for it anywhere that was reasonable They are happy to take every penny you have but when you finally make a cash out will make up any excuse they can not to pay you out If it was not breaching there fake bonus rules it would of been something else they could of made up Be very careful I read all the reviews a long time ago about this place but decided I would keep playing because I liked the selection of games and thought it could just all be speculation I am very upset about what happened and the sneaky fraud tactics this casino use The games are already fixed so that the casino always wins so there is no need to behave in this way Now it s Corona Virus times and we are all broke and this is how they treat us This money could of helped me get through the rest of the year easier
