Good customer support

Contacted the company about setting up issue for depositing XRP and they resolved it in a matter of hours and were very friendly offering to help with anything else Saw they lost client funds a few years ago but feel like they have cleaned up their act

Great for beginners

As a newbie in crypto I have to say that Bitstamp has really cool Help section on the website I found so many useful information there and guides how to use the platform I give them 4 stars just because it would be nice to have some video tutorials too

Problem fixed this time

I signed up a week ago and had no problem funding my account unlike Blockchain Today I logged in and couldnt get past the 2 factor authentification code message Even downloaded their app looking for a code Finally found the customer service number Christina answered after only a few minutes She reminded me the code was not on their personal app but Google s Authenticator app or DUO that was downloaded when I registered Found it and was able to log in I would NEVER have remembered downloading this because their initial verification is a lot I don t know if I will have other problems in the future hence the 4 stars but customer service was effective today

A small delay with the withdrawal of USD to Bank of America but great customer service overall

There was a small delay of 18 days after I requested a withdrawal but Bitstamp customer service never stopped replying my messages I m giving 4 stars for the delay but their customer service is top notch and I will definitely do business with them again

Honest company

I had some issues regarding a few ripple deposit It took a couple of weeks for them to sort it out I guess its better late than never and do appreciate this I would recommend this company Their customer service is a bit slow however they do respond eventually

Bitstamp is a great exchange platform

Bitstamp is a great exchange platform I use it already few months never had a problem Wire transfers were credited on the same day But my last transaction did go through I made a wire transfer 4 days ago and still nothing on Bitstamp account Please have a look Custome ID 223248 Thanks

Good platform to purchase crypto on

Good platform to purchase crypto on I like how everything works secure with 2 factor too Only thing I don t like is I changed my phone once and my 2 factor was lost so had to go through a lot of verification requests by them to recover my 2 factor and my account

Good if you accept all the KYC

I have been using it this platform for some time and they are the longest standing crypto exchange for a reason I believe this is a reliable platform and people behind it look serious Their compliance requirements have gone too far and I was asked so many questions I was about to quit

Overall good exchange nice work

Good customer service sometimes they take a while to answer some questions but still OK nothing drastic Fast transactions cheap fees no issues on this side They could make some adjustments on their website make a more user-friendly site The mobile app could also use a bit of refreshment this is just a bonus Great job guys keep on rocking with crypto
