I wish there was a zero start rating

This is Over 2 weeks since this incompetent company accepted my fund and denied me access to it I just want my money out and close this platform If our Lawmakers were competent instead of trying to ban TikTok a company like Bitstamp should not be allowed to operate in the United States I wish there was a zero-star rating This company is a scam run run run away from them To follow up on my previous review which I am yet to get a response on I have now lost over 30 of my fund with them I can t close the trade nothing is working I will be pressing charges no matter how little it is you can t freeze someone s money and not allow them the opportunity to close their trade hence losing their fund

Absolute a Horrible company

Absolute the worst company - No answers - just our complaints department is expediting the matter The only thing they did efficiently was to take my deposit on January 26th From that day forward it has been a total sham - my account was locked on Feb 15th when I attempted to transfer the product purchased on Bitstamp platform No answers no explanations - now after 35 days Bitstamp has terminated my account I m guessing due to my daily complaints - 2-5 business days to receive my funds - day 5 and no funds - They have basically stolen from me - Horrible - horrible company - they violate their own terms and there are no repercussions - Run a way from them as fast as you can Your reply to this review is worthless I have sent Countless emails to your support and complaints department - Zero answers - Zero credibility - Zero faith in Bitstamp Zero Funds returned

Bistamp Confirming with previous statements this is the worst exchange in terms of service level compared to other platform They do everything to block our funds They come up with something new all the time I don t understand why I have to change my email address or password or two-factor authentication to withdraw my funds I have an account on other exchanges and I have no problems with withdrawals Bistamp comes up with something new all the time I comply and send them everything they want ID photo ID photo with background my address etc They keep rejecting something and then they tell me to send something again and here s a photo with my crypto withdrawal address in the background Maybe I still have to stand on my head or do a somersault to qualify for the payment of my funds The verification procedure has been going on for over a month and is still ongoing I hope to get paid if I don t contact the law firm I really regret that I ever deposited anything here

It has been more than a month since

It has been more than a month since they have blocked the company account with an important amount of money on hold No explanation no feedback they ve started doing a review process that they never cared to explain what is about asking for documents that had it already under their possession before Then it began to look really scammy when Customer care do not give any answer its outrages how little they care about their reputation Anyways run away from it DO NOT make the same mistake as other and let them steal from you

Many issues related to withdrawing funds

I have uncovered a range of issues with this platform that pertain to registering external bank accounts and withdrawing cash in a variety of currencies Two international wire transfers have been botched incurring losses for myself I have opened at least 6 support tickets and not a single one has been appropriately addressed Some tickets have just been closed without any response Where responses were provided the information provided was either wrong i e doesn t work or did not address the original problem It does not even appear a trained human is providing these responses Based on this terrible support experience I definitely do not get a warm fuzzy feeling this company can be trusted with financial matters and cannot recommend them to new users

More than a moth since this company

This is a bunch of shysters

This is a bunch of shysters I wish I could give them a zero rating Can t believe that they are FCA approved So much for preventing unethical conduct They allow purchase of crypto on their platform and then blocks you from transferring it It is now almost 2 weeks since I requested the block to be lifted Still not resolved Their conduct borders on criminal My advice to anyone considering them Stay far away Look at all the other negative reviews I am going to report them to the FCA ombudsman

My coins disappear

Yesterday I tried to withdraw my Hedera coins HBAR from Bitstamp account to my WhiteBIT account The address of the WhiteBIT wallet was purely correct I checked it several times But the coins failed to reach my WhiteBIT account Support team of WhiteBIT confirmed me that the address of the wallet was correct but they failed to check the transaction via Tnx hash in Hedera blockchain because there is no a transaction with such Tnx hash in net and ask me to provide them with Block explorer I wrote to support of Bitstamp but there was no reply Today I sent kinder reminder but still nothing the answer is just silence But at the same time they issued two tickets for these two day asking me to provide them with documents confirming the origin of my sent funds Moreover they ask me absolutely stupid question here it is - In order to help us better understand the nature of your relationship with Bitstamp we kindly ask you to elaborate on the reason for using a bank account outside of your country of residency Why the question is stupid in my opinion Because I transfer money from Swiss bank where I hold my savings but I live in Greece Has anybody ever heard that Greek banks are more trustful than Swiss banks Perhaps Bitstamp heard I understand that Bitstamp tries to meet European requirements but why is this game only in one gate You ask your client to present all his underwear but at the same time you afford yourself not to answer your client in time especially when client lost his funds It seems that European regulations don t protect clients at all only an exchange In that case it s more convenient to use Asia platforms I vote for the Asia Still waiting for the Bitstamp reply where my Hedera coins are

Unstable platform User BEWARE

Now after 50 days of holding my 130 ETH hostage and Terminating my account for writing to many complaints Its Bitstamp s system issue ON 4 3 2024 Bitstamp admitted that it is a system problem and the transfer has been stuck since February 15th I have attempted for 50 Days to get focus on this problem 50 days of delays 50 days of we will get back to you when we have more information 50 days of ineptitude - Is this a company you want to do business with As of this post the system problem has not been resolved and the transfer has not been completed what a terrible company to do business with no ethics no morals One would think that after discovering a system problem that has affected a customer for 50 days that an immediate resolution would be implemented but No you get the standard As soon as we can provide you with an update I will notify you within this e-mail We appreciate your kind patience in the mean time DO not reply with your standard We re sorry to hear about your experience and would be more than happy to look into this if you provide us with more info

Bitstamp don t trust them your money is held until you can do a video chat

Do not enter repeat do not put your money into this wallet They have a ridiculous policy that you have to do a video call with them in order to withdraw the money through crypto or back to your bank You can never get a date or time for the video call because they only set up three days in advance and it s always full when you try to do it customer support is a joke they will do nothing until you do your video conference You that after four days of trying to get a video call set up I stayed up till midnight Eastern time zone and found that s when they post the new video calls for the next time they re scheduling Should I remember if you want to get into your money to get it out or to move it to another account you will have to Login to their Outlook calendar at midnight Eastern time to set up a appointment
