Serious cheap fast and with best support

I have been a Bitstamp customer for almost 5 years I have not transacted small amounts there Everything has always worked very well and without errors When I needed support once I was treated very courteously and friendly And my request was solved very quickly I can highly recommend Bitstamp

2FA reset support - very helpful response

I had an issue with my phone which meant I needed to use the original authentication code for Duo Mobile to reset my 2FA which I didn t have to hand as this would have prevented the support requirement I initially failed to provide a good clear photo of my ID to reset the 2FA but with the Bitstamp team s collective help and versatile response we got the issue resolved A good team great support and customer service thank you all

Great app good rates high service

For many years I use Bitstamp Because of the quality of their app their rates and their service I ve transferred almost all my trade to Bitstamp Especially since transfer withdrawal with an EU bank is within 24 hours

Great Cust support

They quickly answered the phone even though it was 2am 12am their time They answered and responded to my questions concerns in a nice and professional manner They provided a doable alternative to the thing I was doing verification expired

I want to thank Bitstamp and its support team for their help honest and reliability as they returned my money after being transfered to my old BTC address by mistake Really their assistance and concern are highly appreciated

A fantastic place to trade cryptos

I ve had an account with Bitstamp several years now and I can t say enough good things about them It is very easy to trade a wide variety of cryptos and their customer service is excellent They also take their security and compliance with regulations very serious which of course means that you sometimes have to make a bit of an effort to provide the information they need but hey I prefer to be on the right side of the law and have my cryptos safe

BITSTAMP IS SAFE and SECURE

My recent experience just made me feel more confident with using Bitstamp After hodl crypto with Bitstamp for about 4 months someone alarmed me that Bitstamp was a scam and that they will lock my funds then claim it was lost THEY WERE WRONG I was able to withdraw my funds immediately after confirming that I was the one who made the request in the email they sent me THIS IS GREAT because it adds triple security in addition to entering my authenticator code I feel safe buying from Bitstamp and will continue to do so The best thing of all is that I had an issue sent them an email and they replied immediately I did not expect that at all

Cannot access account

Cannot access account and David my account rep Tried several options but didn t give up he later Email me instructions to try and was able to access my account within 30 minutes

Delayed ETH transfer

I called about the unusual delay of my withdrawal transfer to an ETH recipient My Bitstamp agent Kristina was very pleasant understanding emailed me the data I needed to trace my transaction The data I received was enough proof to show my recipient the funds were finally received

Dear sweet Sonja you have the best customer service skills that I have ever experienced in my entire life You were so sweet and down to earth that I was puddy in your hands willing to do anything you asked because you were so nice and caring about my situation Wow you should start your own customer service company Your employees would only have to listen to you in action for their very best world renowned training You really are something You get a 10 10 rating Every time I call Bitstamp I get the same wonderful service Your staff is really amazing
