Honeymoon Success

My husband and I used Black Tomato to plan our honeymoon and we are SO happy we did so Everyone on the team especially Luca who supported us predominantly was really helpful along the way We went very far and were initially nervous about all that we didn t know and all of our questions and concerns were met with guidance and knowledge It was really nice to have the trip start and know that all of the details were sorted out and organized clearly for us The people groups they chose to provide services for us e g drivers hotels guides were all reliable and friendly and we hands down plan to recommend Black Tomato to all of our loved ones Thank you to the Black Tomato team for organizing the most magical honeymoon for us - more perfect than in our most wild dreams

A fantastic experience

My husband and I used Black Tomato to organize our honeymoon in Rwanda and Kenya I cannot recommend them highly enough We are both biologists and wanted to tack our honeymoon onto the end of my husband s field work in Rwanda as well as visit some friends in Kenya We had an hour long conversation with Tom Harding after which he took everything we d said we wanted and managed to come up with an itinerary even better than we could have hoped to ask for Everywhere he booked us into was amazing which he knew because he s extensively researched all of these places and stayed there He managed to capture our desire to be off the beaten path and balance it with fantastic creature comforts Every transfer hotel stay etc was planned and incredibly easy we just had to show up Black Tomato did an amazing job I would not hesitate to use them again to book a luxury vacation

The service from Black Tomato was phenomenal from start to finish We planned our honeymoon to Indonesia with one of their experts and every single detail was carefully considered and planned The hotel and restaurant recommendations local guides and in-country support made the trip exceptional Even when a restaurant reservation went awry the team in the UK were on the phone to sort everything within minutes I can t recommend them highly enough

Great trip to Argentina

My husband and I had the most amazing honeymoon trip organized by Black Tomato They were great with understanding and trying to work within our budget and crafted experienced based off of our interests and how we typically like to travel Our travel expert Tom planned an amazing trip around Argentina with all details planned out so we didn t need to worry about any logistics It was the perfect mix of relaxing and adventurous I would highly recommend Black Tomato to anyone looking for help planning a trip

Balearic Islands

We just returned from the Balearic Islands trip with Black Tomato Sunil was our representative and he did a great job putting this together for us We challenged him asking if he could help add some nuptials to the beginning of our trip in Mallorca and he did not even skip a beat It came together beautifully The accommodations were all top notch and the service spectacular Our boat trip to Formentera was unforgettable and our guide in Barcelona was wonderful I can t be more excited about how easy all the transfers went You can become quite spoiled fast I would recommend Black Tomato to anyone looking for luxury and relaxation all together with a bow on top

Honeymoon Planning in the time of COVID

My fiance and I had an amazing experience working with Tom Pyman at Black Tomato to plan a honeymoon Tom planned two amazing itineraries for us - one in Central America and one in Egypt Unfortunately we had to stop the process just before booking because I found out I was pregnant and our doctors advised us against travel due to uncertainties related to COVID I cannot wait to contact Tom at a later time to take the same trip once we have the ability to travel again Tom was very friendly and answered all of our questions promptly He was very accommodating and helped us create an experience that was perfect for both of us
