I ve used Turquoise a few times for holidays and always had an amazing experience Great customer care working through complex itineraries really know their stuff Over Covid I had a holiday planned which needed to be cancelled Turquoise worked hard to get me refunds re-book where possible and come up with a fresh holiday where travel was permitted They did this without complaint showing they are investing in me as a customer for the long haul rather than just after quick money I love this company

Georgina and the team at Turquoise helped us to arrange a fantastic Honeymoon in Mauritius They helped plan a tailored itinerary with 3 different hotels All the admin whilst we were away was really easy with the transfers arranged beforehand and a contact to speak with via whatsapp if we ever needed to ask any questions change anything on the agenda We will be using Turquoise again for sure

Great service from the initial phone call until our arrival back home We have used Turquoise Holidays a couple of times and we love the personal touch and how well they know the hotels countries It feels as though they are genuinely providing a bespoke holiday

The company were brilliant from start to finish Firstly offering a brilliant itinerary that was in our budget and exactly to type of holiday we were looking for Not to mention Georgina was brilliant and highlighted to us when there was an offer on the hotels so we could book at the best price We also loved the App and felt fully updated all the way upto and through the trip Thank you too for the gift list that was a great extra touch

This was my experience with Turquoise Holidays From first contact to last it was seamless I was put in contact with Mandy who was a Maldives specialist She even visited the resort we went to a few weeks before we did She was amazing Completely transparent quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble The Turquoise app worked well and the communication from it was great I won t hesitate to use Turquoise again
