Very poor quality product and customer service

Me being a young naive teenager who just got paid i wanted to buy a damn miami hoodie and thats what I searched on google and what do you know they re the first ones I see and I had a profile and everything and it kept kicking me out and the website wasnt letting me sign into my account and i tried emailing these people tons of times with no response even though I get ads for them in my email Now that I figured out these people are scammers its a little too late 48 dollars down the drain

There should be a minus star option Placed an order for 2 tops in November money left my account on 15th November little over 61 They arrived about 2 weeks later The fabric quality was way below standard and L was more like XXL I have requested a return numerous times only to fail due to the code from their website being invalid I have emailed customer service several times and received automated message you will receive a response in 72 hours It s now 1st Jan 2023 and I am still waiting for that response Conveniently there doesn t seem to be a phone number anywhere either Don t buy from this company

Ordered clothing A random package arrives from an address in Las Vegas known to be scammers Had to pay for fraudulent postage Wrong item Customer service was pathetic 10 back and forth emails on how they won t refund my money Address is bogus phone number inactive They ll take your money DO NOT BUY FROM BLAROKEN

Choose anothe seller

They advertise one thing and send something conpletely different Ordered two black denim jackets and received two working jackets not even remotely close to what was being on the photo Paid 112 for both and received a conpensation offer of 63

Stay away form this company

Cannot get many confident responses regarding my lost order I should have know right away when my credit card showed the purchase category as Dining Out and bot clothing Stay away from them Updated 12 28 22 Out of the blue I received the jacket from this vendor Although I do not like the quality of the jacket at all I wanted to be fair and let others know that I did finally receive merchandise Athough they did make right and delivered cannot see myself purchasing from them in the future

Absolute trash company

Absolute trash company No customer service whatsoever Clueless and dumb when they finally do answer They refuse to just tell you how far ur order is along or what u even ordered but instead try to take information they don t need Do not buy from this company

Apology

Here s a turnaround that I didn t contemplate occurring My order finally arrived Correct sizes undamaged and the side intact Just 3 months late - the order tracking didn t help much with this issue For future customers remember the world has gone a tad nuts with respect to mail order services with multi millions of these packages zig zagging around the planet at any moment My apologies to Blaroken for my initial review comments Yep agree with all of the preceding comments Ripped off and peeved These s--t bags give the whole online ordering community a bad image Pls don t refer them to others Close em down by mass withdrawal and be careful if these dirt bags reappear under another name Let s support the strong reliable providers

Buyer beware

I ordered five items two of which were what I ordered the other three were substitute garbage absolute rubbish and I ve read many many other comments on quora of people who had the same exact experience impossible to deal with customer service all they want to do is rip you off by giving you 25 for the 80 worth of money you spent Heed the words of experience on this company buyer beware and do not order from this company

The companies have more names than Carter has little liver pills but that is a shell game It s all one crooked company country China the most morally reprehensible ppl in the world Really This is not xenophobia but experience in the nuclear industry The nuclear industry wont buy ANYTHING from China because it s all suspect counterfeit and fraudulent merchandise I ordered a jacket two months ago Filed a claim with PayPal because it has not arrived Vendor says Please just to wait it coming Can you say bullshiesse
