I am a nurse with considerable experience in health including aged care I recommended BlueCare to family members based on the assumption that they were a larger organisation with better resourcing people etc and mostly positive reviews at the time I was disappointed with the quality of service care NB I concede that The clients were not easiest to deal with however as far as I could see the service provided was NOT person-centred There was little evidence of care planning or traditional case-management The clients also struggled with the administrative complexity surrounding the provision of services and having to deal with constantly changing carers The financial contract was approx 30 pages long compared to the care plan which comprised just 2 pages and x3 care goals which didn t reflect the complexity of the care required even referred nor revised This disparity speaks volumes - money over service and care And because there was no care plan there were constant tussles over how things should should not be done threats of withdrawal of service etc A mutually agreed upon comprehensive nursing care plan administered in partnership by the case-manager and spouse who in this case was the primary carer would have served as a resource to ALL while providing much needed continuity of care That s how we did it in the ole days before the business men arrived on the health care scene and financial decisions started taking precedence over care decisions Attendant to this was the pressure to have a custom-made wheelchair which eventually cost x3 the quoted price Pressure to purchase a new bed costing 000s was resisted because of the wheel chair aberration and unclear why it was needed It was an utter relief when the client eventually went into care Much of the above argy-bargy may have been avoided if a proper case management approach had been taken and equal importance afforded care and financial management People and profits in equal measure This is my second horrible experience with a faith-based NGO Hopefully there won t be a third I eagerly await the outcome of the royal commission And to my nursing colleagues out there honour and respect your nursing knowledge so that others might do similarly

I have never seen or heard of this carrier before i am an ebay user since 2006 and i have never seen no sellers using this Bluecare express carrier services I checked and knew from it as one of the sellers said Shipped through Blue care Express That raised doubt of its authenticity I decided to go and google for the company and yes most people have tons of bad reviews about this company and i go I am probably one of them victims of these people To be honest that almost made me give up on buying stuff online I have seen reviews such as Package delivered at porch or mail box and turns out people never see their packages In my case when i received the message Delivered at front porch i walked out and i see nothing there was no knock on my door i went to my mail box and yes my package was there is just that they said it was delivered in my front porch when they dropped the package on my mailbox and on a sunday You have to be very careful when you buy stuff online I am one of the few that got their mail delivered by what it seems to be a shady company and it really sucks that despite having tons of complaints on ebay ebay still has their services as a legit carrier and for us buyers there is no way to know which mail carriers our sellers get to choose to send our packages

I ordered an item from eBay On Wednesday I get an update that my order had shipped On Thursday I was in my kitchen and happened to look out the window I see a fellow in a safety vest outside my fence He has something in his hand and for a second I wonder if he s there to check the meter Then he tosses what s in his hand over the fence onto the lawn and leaves I go out pick it up and see that it s my eBay order The delivery person was right next to the easy to open can t be locked gate He could have come up and knocked on the door or even put in on the porch where it wouldn t have been seen The tracking says it was delivered to a secure location but it wasn t It was in plain view for everyone to see and for anyone to grab if they reached through the fence I suspect that the reviewers who say they never received their item may have had it stolen after it was left in a poor location by the delivery person The one good thing I can say about Bluecare is that the delivery was speedy The delivery estimate was a week but my item was delivered the day after I got the notice that it had shipped But in the future I will do my best to avoid eBay sellers that use Bluecare

Very slow Had a package In Mobile Al and live in Gulfport Ms one hour away and took more than 3 wks to deliver

I finally Found my Pkg 3 Days Later behind My house That I never Use I cant believe they hid my Pkg Like That Well at least I found it

Unable to find out when 2nd attempt of delivery will happen web site not good just tells you what s happened and NOT any info on what happens next No telephone number to make enquiries

Twice in one week I ordered items from 2 different sellers and both times Bluecare Express claimed to have delivered items and never did Stay far away from BlueCare Express It is definitely something shady going on with this company

Ordered from eBay and then was emailed to say it was this company delivering Thank goodness I was outside and on my way in when I noticed my parcel just sat there on the front porch Checked with my housemate who was downstairs they said there was no knocking or anything From what I ve read of previous reviews looks like I could ve easily had my parcel not end up in my possession I live in a dodgy area and Bluecare didn t even attempt to hide it out of plain sight Again thank goodness I was on my way in so I could take my parcel in

Worthless tracking The stages they offer are Shipped In Transit Out for Delivery and Delivery Estimate My package stayed at shipped even after it was delivered Never made it to in transit or out for delivery
