I bought an item from eBay

I bought an item from eBay The delivery was promised by Wednesday Today is the Saturday before The tracking number was traced through Bluecare However it was delivered by USPS with a return address and order detail slip through AMAZON What the -bleep- is that about Fast Ship yes However I am suspicious of Bluecare s motives I have an Amazon account and USPS has my address obviously but WHY does Bluecare now have my name address God knows what else P S Why I attempt to create a Trustpilot account I receive this error message This email address is already associated with another Trustpilot member

It is confusing

It is confusing but this is like buying from Amazon Bought on Ebay arrived next day in amazon box lol Only thing is the tracking does not update Thankfully I did receive product much earlier than expected

Package shipped and delivered

Package shipped and delivered super-fast The only reason I couldn t give 5 stars was that my package was laid on my front porch in the evening and in the rain with no knock at the door to alert me that it was there Again in all fairness the package was shipped in a weather-proof envelope and my goods were in perfectly fine condition despite lying there in the rain for several hours I feel that a knock at the door should have been made as I discovered that my delivery had been made via an email that wasn t seen until about six hours after delivery

Almost next day delivery

A delivery attempt was made almost the next day after item was dispatched As a result I was not expecting a delivery so soon as the estimate date was five days after purchase I m given Bluecare 4 stars because I didn t receive a message like other companies to say out for delivery Thus I missed more than three delivery attempts twice in one day It was a bit of a challenge to find their contact details but I did and was responded to the next day However my question was not answered Nevertheless I received my goods a day before estimated Thanks God Bluecare

Ordered through ebay delivered by Amazon not Bluecare Express

Ordered an item through ebay given an bluecare express tracking number which did not work item delivered by Amazon in their box with their label and despatch note nothing that connects it directly to the original ebay order just weird but delivered in good time

Good but there room for imrpovement

All bad reviews here are scammers themselves receives packaged and then claims that they didnt receive them Personally I receive every package I bought thousands The dowfall is customer service where if you need further assistance thats a closed door or you need to pay big buks additionally

The tracking is bad but the delivery was quick

The tracking is bad It does not update or it doesn t work on their own website I ordered my item from eBay and received it the NEXT DAY The package came in an Amazon Prime box along with another package I actually ordered from Amazon The company could do a lot more to communicate to the user what it does or how it operates

Excellent communication

Contacted bluecare as I d had an email saying that my parcel had been delivered to my address but it hadn t as I was at home at the time and hadn t received anything A few hours after I d emailed bluecare my parcel was correctly delivered Excellent communication and quickly sorted my issue Thank you guys

A delivery from Ebay came

A delivery from Ebay came using BlueCare which I was unaware it was being use It arrived in less then 72 hours Ordered Fri PM and arrived Mon afternoon 4 stars only because there is no tracking In fact Ebay still states label created much less notify that delivery was made Would always like to know who is making Ebay delivery

Totally unexpected

I was just reading all the bad reviews feeling sorry for myself when my buzz just ring was the delivery guy Very polite he left the package in the private hallway and left was an Amazon box but the product I got it from eBay I will give 5 stars when the tracking app will work my tracking number was shown like invalid imagine all my hopes was quite down
