Customer service is quick and professional I will dock points for the lack of tracking however that needs to be fixed

Good service is hard to come by

The driver delivered my package to the wrong address my neighbors When I wrote customer care regarding the unreceived package they responded in a very timely manner and provided a picture of where the package was left and this led to my recovering it Although the initial mistake happened Bluecare provided excellent customer support not usually found in other carriers and certainly not found in the US Postal Service

The driver delivered my pkg to the wrong person at a different address but that person brought me the pkg the next morning I was happy the way that Bluecare handled the matter

Delevered to a safe place FOUND PACKAGE

UPDATE Found package The shipper said it was left in the yard of a house This is a business building It was actually left in the back of the building next to the garage door It was tucked between the building and our garbage bins Glad I got my package Upgraded my star review from 1 to 4 It was fast shipping but a little confusing -----------------------------------------------------------I had package from Ebay shipped through Bluecare that says delivered to a safe place What does that mean The shipping address was to my place of business that closes at 5 00 p m The package was delivered after 7 00 p m to who knows where I ve never heard of this company How am I supposed to retrieve this package

BlueCare Express Shipping

For a lot of the reviews I ve read it s a matter of what is bought and what is easily stolen I recently ordered a pair of chopsticks from ebay It was revealed that the seller drop shipped from amazon It makes some sense I received my order today in the same condition as brand new All in one piece Bravo BlueCare I understand that the shipping service isn t as known as UPS etc Given the chance they do pull through That s what they did for me I didn t even have to contact their service team about a lost parcel I ve lost parcels before For a first time A job well done

Good customer service

Initially there was a mess-up with my Ebay purchase but was offered and received a full refund On repurchasing it showed the item arriving after business hours I chased up and Sue at Bluecare got straight back to me saying it would be delivered the next day It was and we all lived happily ever after

Responsive Customer Service

My parcel was transferred to Amazon and the tracking erroneously showed as delivered When I reached out for help Bluecare customer service was responsive and helpful Eventually the parcel did get delivered
