I had a great experience with Bluecare Express I couldn t find my package so I sent them a message They returned a picture immediately and solved the riddle Although I never thought to look in the rafters before it was a safe place just as their tracking indicated And their Customer Service is excellent as well Thank you Bluecare Express

Excellent Experience with Bluecare Express

Prior to this purchase I had never heard of Bluecare Express I must say that I was able to reach out and ask a question and I received a detailed response quickly to all of my follow-up questions as well My package was delivered to the recipient two days prior to original expected date I was pleased with the service and their customer service

Real dedicated Customer Service Rep

Placed an order with eBay and never received my order I checked tracking and it showed that the item shipped but there were no updates on tracking for many days I contacted the Customer Service Rep for Bluecare Express and she got right back to me and assured me she would research the matter After sharing order information with my Rep I learned that the tracking number was false and the order was never shipped I contacted eBay and I am awaiting a refund and then will cancel my eBay account and open a Walmart account because they use Bluecare express

What made my experience great was that my package was able to be tracked all the way until delivery on eBay When I was confused where the package may have been left all I had to do was check the delivery details and I found it I give full credit to Bluecare express for a fast and safe delivery

This could have been a totally negative review had it not been for great customer service Today I learned that MasterCard had decided a purchase dispute in my favor Had it not been for bluecare providing information about the delivery and the attempt to defraud and steal the purchase price of an eBay transaction I would never have recovered my money Thanks bluecare I am glad to give you 5 stars

I m the first to complain when I get

I m the first to complain when I get crap service but I also like to give credit when and where it s due and on this sole occasion when I have experienced Bluecare Express service it has been faultless If there is anything to complain about it s that the package ordered on eBay was received so quickly that the tracking number still wasn t even registered by the time I received it That said the item was despatched in London

I ordered something of ebay and when looked for courier details never heard of bluecare before Then I read some reviews and was bit worried but the service I was provided was excellent Item meant to be delivered on 22nd of September but delivered on 21st September Thanks alot for providing great service

Huge thank you

I was trying to locate a package I ordered from ebay with some difficulty I contacted Bluecare on Christmas Day as I was unable to make any sense of it To my surprise Sue replied explaining that although I bought something from ebay it would have been delivered in an Amazon package I had received it but the seller had sent us the wrong item I was delighted to get to the bottom of things and more impressed to receive a reply on Christmas Day - we ll done Bluecare and particularly Sue

This company is a Fraud Actually not

This company is a Fraud After not receiving the parcel from eBay and the tracking showing that the parcel was delivered I check on my doorbell no one was here This is a SCAM or by the company or by the delivery guys New update I managed to contact the parcels company and is actually legit And very helpful What happened was the seller from eBay was the total scammer and put me into this situation
