Brilliant tech support Regardless of the time of day or what s happening someone is there and able to help me I ve had to contact them 4 times now and every time it s been solid It s been so much better than any of the other providers we ve tried Web UI does what it needs to and none of your files are behind a paywall Great place to be

TLDR
TLDR I have had this server a little under a month and will tell you now that I recommend their services to anyone Detailed Bluefangsolutions is the best server provider I have ever had Their web-based server management page is so easy to navigate I know others can feel like a maze No need to go to a generic IP and type in unique credentials for your server although they do have that also if that is what you prefer Everything can be managed right on your account by logging in with your chosen username and password The ping was great server never went offline Had one issue where I couldn t access my File Manager Awesome Feature and I took my problem to live chat Let me tell you not only did I get put in a chat with multiple staff members all taking care of my problem at once but had said problem fixed in under literally 2 minutes WOW That is all Enjoy your new services

They are Amazing
Ive had a server with them for about a year now When I rented my server is available right away Whenever I needed help with an update they responded quickly to my support ticket and took care of the problem I have had no issues with lack of response and help from BlueFang Thank You

I have used many servers in the past
I have used many servers in the past for 7 days to die and minecraft ark and conan but this server host has the best customer service i ve ever experienced There is live chat and it s like instant on They do not say that live chat is for new people looking to rent like other places i ve rented from They answer and help with the troubles right then and there and until it is corrected 3 I love this about them So if you are looking for a server host this place is great and there is no lag on my server lol I even drop mined a tower in the city to see if it would lag nope just a few points of fps drop and that is it with other players on the server Good stuff here join today 3

7DtD Server w Mod Support
I started a new 7DtD Server with a the Starvation Mod that they offered I had no idea what I would have to do in order to connect and their support was incredibly helpful in stepping me through everything I needed to get connected to my server Very fast very helpful

A horrendous Server Crash
A horrendous server crash and this team of helpers continued to help me through it all and RESOLVED MY ISSUE We thought i had lost my entire game 1765 hours of game but THEY worked together and saved my wurm world and restored it all back to normal MY KUDOS to the wurm support team that helped me and though i was a bit cranky and frustrated BUT it did not deter them from seeing it through to a COMPLETE RESOLVE clap-clap-clap to yous guys and a big SHOUT OUT and GRATS to both of you and the team was Tracy and Craig who worked together for this awesome resolve

Used for 7 years Reliable no issues
I have used this supplier on and off over the last 7 years first for Space Engineers then for 7 Days to Die now for Valheim The service delivery is reliable I have only ever reported one technical issue and that was fixed quickly

Excellent Customer Support and Service
I ve been hosting an ArmA 3 server with Blue Fang Solutions for quite a while now The first time I set the server up was on the 4th of July of last year and despite the holiday they had everything set up within a few hours Just yesterday I went to install some mods so that me and my buddies could play on Takistan and realized we would have to upload 17 GB of data to the server to be able to make it work Well I couldn t do that because of my upload speed so I put in a ticket Sure enough they downloaded all of the mods to the main folder and I was up and running before the end of the night Excellent customer service and I have personally never had an issue with the servers they provide I would recommend them to anyone

Just got a Valheim Plus server
Just got a Valheim Plus server and had trouble finding it Blue Fang Tech Support got me sorted out in minutes I ve used Blue Fang for years and have multiple game servers I ll always recommend them if someone is looking for a service I also love that no FTP software is needed If you want to tweak something the files are all right there and available Awesome Tech Support as well for when things go wrong
