I spent a whole day back and forth with agent Alex over our holiday package Agreed on what was wanted and a quote was sent Upon agreeing to the quote he took my deposit and then I had several calls after over different things such as he took the payment in Euros rather than pounds and wanting to take the rest of the money in pounds he changed the date of our holiday then called again to advise actually I have undercharged and need an extra 90 each or you have to change your room type By this point inwaa getting really anxious and then he called again advising he wanted to refund me the euros and recharge me in English pounds again By this point we where really fed up and asked to cancel to be told he wouldn t We had a very upset call with his manager who also said to leave it with them to talk to the cruiseline and see if they could get the money back sorry but if they are the ones making mistakes that should be at their loss They only refunded once I raised this with the card company showing proof of their fraudulent miss selling If you want to save stress avoid I wouldn t even give it a 1 start

Mohan was extremely helpful and guided us through the booking for our cruise from Mauritius to South Africa Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the line was poor and he had to repeat quite a lot of things

The call was informative but was a bit too long It would have been nice if he said all of this would be sent to you in an email Too much information to try and remember or write down

Mohan has been extremely helpful from our initial enquiry through to booking our holiday He explained every detail very clearly and talked us through the various options available to us I would not hesitate in recommending Mohan again We are looking forward to our special holiday as it will be our honeymoon
