I was worried I wouldn t be able to
I was worried I wouldn t be able to purchase my own home following a separation and with me having a very poor credit rating I had been led to believe by my previous mortgage provider that this would be impossible However my broker managed to access a product from Bluestone which has allowed me to secure a lovely home for myself and my son The application process is incredibly thorough but my broker advised me this would be case at the initial stages Once my application was submitted and after being asked to provide clarity on a couple of things my mortgage offer came through

Bluestone came to the rescue for me when another lender Accord which is associated with a well know building society pulled out very late in the process In fact so late that the it was at the point conveyancing lawyers ready deeds signed and awaiting an offer Bluestones process was efficient and within little over couple of weeks an offer was made
